It’s nothing against this location. It was clean, service was great(hence the 3 stars)… I just don’t like freshii, unfortunately. The Tex mex burrito is just blah. The chicken is so bland and everything in it is just whatever. It’s like if someone sucked all the joy and beauty out of burrito you would be left with this. And to make matters worse, the salsa is literally Old El Paso salsa. Idk maybe they make it in house but it definitely could pass for store bought salsa. The most ‘gentrified’ white burrito I’ve ever met. I’ll try a smoothie next time I guess.

Okay so I work at the Aon center and thought I’d try this place out. I’m not too big of a fan of like healthy food and stuff but whatever I thought I’d try it out. I ordered the teriyaki bowl. I wanted her to add quinoa but I guess she misunderstood and wrote it subbed for brown rice so they gave me a bowl full of quinoa. 2nd I asked for chicken to be added and when I went back to work I saw no chicken. I had to walk back and tell them that they forgot the chicken cause I paid 2 bucks extra for it lol. The manager I guess apologized for it and told the workers to add chicken for me and to give me a bigger portion. I’m not mad about it but I did wish they were to pay more close attention. And I still wanted brown rice in my bowl. Overall it tasted okay but it’s not something I would eat everyday.

I love this place! I’m here quite frequently as I work in the building. I’ve tried a lot of their smoothies and drinks — not so much on the food side of things. One word of warning, the 12:00 — 12:30 lunch crowd is a bit of a line. My only complaint is the turn over of the staff — it seems they’re always training someone to make a smoothie. So, they don’t always get it right and its a bit of a PITA if you wait for 10 – 15 minutes during the work day.
