Gantner-Overmyer Cathie, MD

Cathie has been my primary care physician for years now, and she’s wonderful. She really takes the time, and she’s really good about making sure everything is taken care of, not just whatever you came in to see her about. I’ve needed some specialized care referrals, and she has recommended the BEST specialists.

A WONDERFUL PHYSICIAN. I just moved to Chicago from Columbus, Ohio. My former family doc has 2 sisters in the city who use Dr Cathie. At their recommendation i made an appointment to establish myself as a patient, get RX’s filled etc… Dr Cathie was amazing, spending more than a half hour going over my history, medications, concerns, insurance etc… ive had no problems getting RX’s filled and the staff even stayed after 5 for me to pick up an RX once (i never imagined i would find this in such a big city). She also filled my derm scripts so i wouldnt have to find another doc, THATS AMAZING!
MINUS 1 STAR ONLY FOR LOCATION, it’s kind of hard to get to the NWrn building sometimes, and there have been a few crazies in the waiting area– but her staff delt with them beautifully!
overall, she competes with my original, family friend doc, for best in practice :)
