Bad customer service… stay away!
I received a shirt as a Christmas gift, and the shirt itself was cute, but was too small for me. I called the store, spoke to a young woman who said that although they didn’t have any in stock at the time, to call back in a few weeks and if they still didn’t have any, they would make one for me. Pretty sweet deal, right? Too bad that when I called back as instructed, they totally backed out on their word! To make matters worse, one of the reasons I couldn’t return the shirt when I called back was because I was past the 21-​day window for returns… ummm YOU told me to wait! Ahhh!
The most telling part of the business is a message I received directly from the OWNER of the company. When I asked what my options were since I have no use for a «Delaware Girl» shirt that doesn’t fit, he said, «Your options at this point are to keep the shirt you have and find someone to give it to, or give it to charity, or dispose of it.»
Are you kidding me?! «I’m sorry we can’t help you. Just toss it.» Thanks!
I was offered a 20% discount on a future purchase, but I’m pretty sure I’ll pass. There are too many businesses with excellent customer service that deserve my patronage.

I love this place! I made an online order with the intentions of giving a shirt as a Christmas gift to my friend. After some time went by I was starting to wonder how much longer I would need to wait for my delivery. I contacted the Festa sales email and in less that 2 hours they wrote back to me and told me my order was backordered. I explained to them my disappointment and that my order was going to be a gift. Not too much longer I receive another email. This time from the CEO, Christopher. Christopher told me that he would personally find me the shirt I requested and that he would deliver it to my apt himself. The next day he did infact live up to his word and the shirt was there when I arrived at home.
Now who else would do that for a customer ! Definitely shop here!
