Had my first visit and things went well. Just like a lot of other people I was a former BCBS member and shopped around for insurance after they degraded their PPO plans in Illinois. Plus they are convenient for me and you can park in the big lot in back. There is no charge for any visits to this location and it seems they are able to handle most basic medical care needs. The facility is nice and has that new medial office smell to it. Everyone is assigned a health«coach» who manages your visit and communications. She took my medical history. They also help you to set goals for any treatments as well as general health. So I wound up getting bloodwork done, blood pressure checked and finally got around to getting that flu shot. Initially got off to a bad start with Harken because the phones lines were very busy after the new year and it took a while to get the membership card. But, everyone was great and I got my initial visit and concerns taken care of.
