The interior of the store was horrible… and customer service was just as if not worst… once we got food they forgot to add the chicken to our gizzard combos and the fries tasted as if they were fried in old grease

This is the absolute worst Harold’s Ive encounter thus far. I’ve never felt so disrespected. If you want even a slightly decent customer service experience, don’t even bother. I’ve called before to ask about delivery and have an attitude respond cut me off and with «15 minutes» and hang up on me. Just today I’ve called and had someone pick up the phone place it down on what I’m assuming was the counter and not speak, however I could hear several conversations going on in the background, followed by someone eventually saying «hey hang that up» this is all a shame because the food is actually very good, so that much I can give this place. Is it worth the headache? Absolutely not.

This is not the worst Harold’s but its not the best either!
I sure do hate that got rid of their special that use to run Sunday thru Thursday but now its only Sunday!
They only take cash and this is another place that is better to call ahead if you are in a rush because they do cook to order.
