We live closer to another Harold’s location, but at this location the chicken is ALWAYS hot and fresh. The fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh. However, it is a bit hard to place a phone order and the service isn’t the greatest. BUT … they’re open ’til 5 am! Hallelujah!

This Harold’s NEVER answer their phone. They charge all this money, for some dry ass chicken. WORST ONE I’ve been to in Chicago. The people who works here, also has terrible attitudes.

Had not been here since I was a teenager and it was the best back then and still is good. Great customer service, great food. Love this place!

Harolds is notorious for the wait times, so just know that going in. By the time you walk out, not only will you have some good fried chicken (extra mild sauce), but you might be able to get some DVDs and incense. This Harolds is def in the top 3 in the city.

the food here is just average and the service sux waited over 20min for a 6pc wing and a ¼ dark and only 1 other person there so was not busy, I love wings and can appreciate all types. 1st off its hard to screw up anything you put in the deep fryer, the chicken was juicy but had no flavor and it tasted like they havent changed the fryer oil in a long while, the fries were soggy, to top it all off the sauces were just basic and it was expensive. I dont mind paying a little more for good food but this place has crappy food. crappy service and crappy prices my suggestion is go chek out Reeses fast food on 87th they have killer wings, good service and prices.
