I am so happy I stopped in here. I had such a good experience, the boutique was of course beautiful, but I felt super comfortable while I was there. The women who helped me was SO sweet and helpful letting me try on the ring of my dreams! I was intimidated going in by myself and looking for engagement rings on my own still feels strange. However, my boyfriend lives overseas and our time to look together is basically non existent. That being said, everyone was so nice even though it was clear I would not be buying anything that day. If you are wanting to just look and try on a ring definitely don’t be afraid to stop in there I promise they will be helpful and kind!

Very impressive about this boutique. You must go through 2 secure doors, not like Cartier and Tiffany. The old sales woman was very professional and patient but the younger lady assistants were not that smart and made some mistakes on picking the correct rings for us. However, the wedding bands variety was limited and we did not have so much choices, but their service and explanations were the best among the 5 stores(Cartier, Tiffany, Harry Winston, VCA, Graff, and unfortunately Bvlgari was not open) I went in on that day.

Had a terrific experience here today from the doormen to the sales staff.

I’ve always had dreams of chasing Harry Winston myself… not in paperback. But, when it came time for my beau to pop the question – we wanted to investigate all of our options. On several attempts, we tried stopping in this famous establishment… only to find out they closed early, or weren’t open late. The time we stopped by and they were supposed to be open for 15 more minutes, the doors were locked and the associate who answered the phone was one of the most rude people I’ve ever spoken with. We didn’t have the opportunity to even consider one of their rocks, because we couldn’t even get in the door! My now fiancé and I resorted to visiting the Harry Winston in New York to browse their selection, whose associates were very knowledgeable and helpful; but in the end it wasn’t worth making another trip to NY just to buy a ring we could get elsewhere for less. Morale of the story, don’t even attempt to shop here unless you’re A) Willing to come at 12 noon a week day and B) absolutely must have the brand recognition of HW, even if it will cost you twice as much.
