Herrington Carpet Service

Just received my 3 Area Rugs back after being cleaned. As they told me «they look like they are brand new again». They also feel brand new, like a velvet carpet. Professional service from the first phone call. Will recommend for sure. Wish I had a business card to help promote.

Had a great experience with the team at Herrington Carpet Services. My dog peed on the couch (twice) and it reminded my wife and I that not only did we need that couch cleaned, but we have two other couches that are almost 10 years old and have never been professionally cleaned.
On the day of the appointment, I completely blanked on my appointment time and called in a panic to see if I had missed it — the woman on the phone not only assured me that I hadn’t, but, just to make sure, she checked with the guys on the road and confirmed with me that they were on their way.
Matt and Bill were super fast and efficient and all three of the couches look and smell great. They put up with my dogs barking at them the whole time and had the entire job finished — as well cleaned up — within an hour. Definitely plan on using Herrington again when I need the couches or my carpets cleaned.
Caveat emptor: I totally forgot that Unilocal shows that they don’t take credit cards, but my wife noticed and reminded me to find my checkbook before they got to our house. No big deal.

I just got the carpets in my entire apartment cleaned by Herrington and they did a stellar job. The carpeting looks new and flawless. They were on-​time, extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family anytime and it’s always great to do business with a long running family owned company.

Great guys; Professional Service. My girlfriend and I moved into our new apartment and the carpet in one bedroom had a disgusting green stain as well as a very strong musty smell. We also found several stains in the other bedroom as well. We called Herrington carpet service and they responded quickly. They were professional and polite. Everything was straightforward and the prices were very reasonable. Matt came to the door on time, listened, and took care of everything. The stains were completely removed and the carpets smell great. I will definitely use them again.

My Mom has had Herrington Carpet clean their carpets for over 30 years, and she’s had 3 generations of their family out to their house. I grew up seeing them around the house a few times a year as a kid, and when my wife & I had to have our carpets cleaned recently they were the natural company to call. My wife was very impressed with the work they did. Matt, the grandson, was here much longer than we expected, bent over backwards to insure the job was done right, yet still only charged us for his initial estimate. I would recommend them to anyone.
