Hilton — Garden Inn. It’s a beautiful hotel to stay. Give it up for its location. It’s on east wacker and just on the other side of the bridge. It’s right in the lane of the Hard rock hotel. The elevators don’t need the card access which is a security issue. Anyone can just walk into the hotel and go upstairs. I felt that little bit unsafe.
The room wasn’t so great. It was really small. The mini bar in the room wasn’t stocked. I would definitely expect to get a royal service when I get into a hotel but i was disappointed. I stayed in several other Hilton hotels in other locations. They were a lot better than this location.
The basic necessities are provided and yes if you want to crash at the place for a night or a couple for low cost, one can definitely go and stay at this place.
But I wouldn’t stay in this place I guess. I would prefer other hotels like Hotel Chicago or Renaissance or any others around the block.
I will definitely try to stay in the Hilton garden inn which is just south of this location (yes, there are two Hilton garden inn’s in Chicago) and will update my opinion again.

What a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. It was a pleasure to stay here and would definitely come back. The location was perfect. It felt like a little boutique hotel and not a chain. Only mix up was I was charged more than my reservation stated. The front desk staff indicated they would make the adjustment. I am basing this review on that fact.
