This would be my first and last visit to this office. Handed the staff my insurance card for annual checkup. The incompetent staff send my blood test to a lab that was not within my insurance network (Aetna). I’d ended up paying $ 104 to the lab cause of her mistake.
Next, the dr. ordered that I dont eat for 8 – 10 hours upon arrival hence when i show up in the morning, my stomach was growling. Her immediate response to the stomach growling was that I may have colon cancer. WHAT!!! Then she asked if I’m from a family with history of colon cancer. WWHHAAT??? NO! I said~ told her my stomach is growling because I have not eaten based on her instructions. Enough said, she probably received her edu from Phoenix online and somehow got a license to practice.
