Good location, Friendly Employees, Neiborhood friendly ! Good people to do business with !

Really the only hardware store in the neighborhood. What I like, unlike home depot is the employee’s ask «Can I help you find what your looking for» I do a lot of rehab in this area and they seem to have a lot of the small items I’m looking for.

I just left this hardware store, and I must say I am impressed… which does not happen often. This hardware store has that small town family feel, without having exorbitant prices, which I highly appreciate. I was assisted throughout the process by young lady named Felice, who was professional yet very friendly. I was also assisted by a gentleman in the back with whatever I needed and asked if I had questions and promptly answered them and showed me exactly where I needed to go to get the items I needed.
Another gentleman went above and beyond in looking online for other types of organizational bins and drawers for me that they may carry. I actually bought more than I ever intended when I walked in! I came there for a box cutter, and left with almost $ 400 worth of organizational supplies, cleaning products, and items to stock our warehouse.
Jerome also very kindly and efficiently took all of my many boxes, bags, bins, etc. to my car and loaded them in there for me. The only reason I took away one star is because the store is slightly tight and a bit cluttered, but not dirty. Mostly because the young lady that rang me up seemed to be a bit off-​kilter. She treated another gentleman and lady (prior to my check out) with a bit of condescension and seemed a bit abrupt with them. Although she did not treat me that way, I feel customer service and respect is of the utmost importance in any establishment. Overall, I rate this business highly and will definitely be going back (regularly) for supplies as needed.

I am a big proponent of good customer service. Family owned businesses typically provide the best customer service. I was drawn here by a 50% off coupon but I know I will return. It might not be a great neighborhood but you can generally get a free parking space on the street out front. I’ll spend my $ here from now on.

This is a pretty decent sized hardware store and not too ghetto considering the neighborhood it’s in. I come here to buy nails, masking tape, wire… you know, the basics for making art projects.
My favorite thing about this store? There are usually two employees standing inside the entrance waiting to ask you what you’re looking for! Why can’t more stores be like this?
