Customer service is really slow and not helping at all. Most furnitures are overprice. They sell some décor which is overprice as well. They even have one vase that looks very similar to the vase at HomeGoods store — but the one at HomeGoods costs around 60% less. I would never go there again.

(I just want to update the situation itself versus giving another rating which Unilocal requires me to. Since the previous star rating is discounted and only the newly updated one is counted, I still keep the same rating as I previously rated.) We’ve made a handful of trips to Idea in regards to the chairs we purchased as mentioned in the previous review, in attempts to get some comparable chairs with any new stock they might have received. Since there wasn’t any new stock the last time we went, the manager tried to situate us with some new chairs of the same price they could order from the catalogs they had on hand. After us flipping through the catalogs for a while and finding nothing we were interested in, the manager decided to offer us a refund. I figure he saw the situation with us would only continue to perpetuate as it already has for several months. He didn’t make us bring the chairs in to receive the refund either which was nice. After three weeks of that last visit, we received a refund in the form of a check via postal mail. It was a prolonged battle to find a fair result, but I’m happy the situation was finally ironed out.

Fantastic European selections, particularly for sofas and living room chairs. Many fabric or leather options. While the staff are not warm and fuzzy, they are pleasant and extremely helpful, providing a great deal of information about the pieces. They are also willing to work with you to help you select the best color and fabric options for your space as well as loan or give you fabric samples to try out at home. In addition, they work with you on exchanges when your purchase does not work for your space. I recommend this retailer if you like European (Polish) furniture. I will also add that if you do not purchase an in-​stock floor model, shipment takes about three months.
