The food was okay but my waiter was ridiculously rude. Her name was Meemee. She gave me and my family so much attitude like we did something to her. She made us feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. It’s safe to say she didn’t get a tip. Lol #badservice

Ive been to many other IHOP locations but this one I was so disappointed with. Walked in a Saturday morning with my parents, I never ever see them so why not take them out. Well we walked in and got seated within 10 mins which was a surprise especially on a Saturday, we were taken to booth where the seat was clearly ripped up but tapped up with duck tape! Yes I said duck tape gray to be exact to I guess conceal. I asked if another booth was available they said we would have to wait longer, for one to become open. We decided to stick to this one I sat on the ripped side, we were handed menus and we were barely taking off our coats when the waitress comes rushing over asking to take our orders. But we hadn’t even opened the menus, we asked for more time and she rushed off. She came back we gave her our orders, it was crowded in the restaurant between the staff talking to other staff behind the line and other customers talking it was loud. But I didn’t mind our orders came out pretty fast food which was great, we had to ask for napkins since I guess they don’t believe in giving napkins at this location. Food was ehh my dad ordered a burger and fries and he was given a half cold burger and soggy fries. My food was alright and my mothers was okay also. We were eating and talking and we were finishing ours meals when the bus boy comes around trying to clear out plates but we clearly weren’t done. Half our food was on the plate still, totally rude. I’ve worked In a before restaurant and I know that was incorrect. My dad and I were finishing up our coffees and my mom her pancakes when again the busboy comes again and instead of clearly the empty dishes what does he do, he grabs my mothers plate where she is CLEARLY not finished and in the process of picking up the plate spills syrup on my dad iPhone screen all over it. At this point I was appalled and I was ready to go he didn’t even offer to give us napkins. Just took the plates and said sorry and went off to the next table. We immediately got up and paid and left I wanted to mention what had happened to the manager it was so busy and I just wanted to get out of that place. Never had this ever happened all I know I won’t return to this location. Think twice before going is my advice if you want to get rushed while trying to eat this is your spot.

For a pancake house to mess up on the pancakes, that’s pretty bad. I told the waitress that the pancakes were practically raw, and she just walked away — no ‘can I get you new ones’ or ‘I’ll take a dollar off your bill’. The steak omelet would have been good — except for the steak, which had inedible grizzle in every bite. The seats/benches still have some kind of duct tape on them which is curling up and people get a little stuck when trying to slide in/out of the booths. It IS good to see the boysenberry syrup back on the tables … if only we could have eaten the pancakes.

The service is good but the ambience is poor. The seats have tape all over them and need to be replaced. The fire exits are blocked my random chairs. The place is desperately in need of a remodeling. I’m not a fan of paying at the same place you need to be seated. There is no proper host. But the food is yummy and the service is good.

This was the first time I’ve been to an IHOP. The food was on par with Waffle House, the prices were cheap, the refills on pop were free. The service was fine, no problems. But the seats smelled and many had large holes in them, some covered with duct tape, lol. Paint was peeling, lights were missing etc. I would call this one level below a Dennys so if you’ve eaten there you know they type of food. Having worked in the Restaurant industry for over 20 years I can see the wait staff needs more training. They were slow to refill, slow to clear dishes, slow to offer suggestions or deserts. But nobodies perfect and it’s not a 4 star so don’t expect that level of service. I had the eggs, and 4 Bacon dinner with blueberry crepes. Everything was cooked right but you can tell they use frozen foods. I’ll be back for sure.

Quick service. Walked in with a party of three. We were seated immediately thankfully cause the place was packed by the time we were done with breakfast at 11am on Memorial Day. Our server was nice, attentive and helpful. Again, everything was quick. Coffee, detailed breakfast orders. Everything was fresh and delicious. I actually love this location. It’s great during the day or late night.

The server was nice but the guy that cashed us out Marion was extremely rude! He said he didn’t care if people came there or not that he wasn’t the owner! All because we asked why a kids apple juice was not include with the kids meal and cost almost $ 3. We just asked a question and the guy flipped out. I can’t believe people like him actually can keep a job.

Worse iHop ever. My sister and I went there for a dine-in service but we decided to do take out since it was freezing inside and at the time only 1 other party was there. The waitress, Andrea, was horrible! An elderly couple came in after us and she served them before my sister and me– ok, cool, no problem. However, she forgot about us. How was possible? I dont know– actually because she was on the front desk phone having a personal conversation! It took an hour to get our order and paying with a hassle since she was still having her phone conversation even as I and another customer were in front of her waiting. She had the audacity to say she was talking to her manager(I hope her manager fires her for horrible service and lying on him/her). Lastly, i noticed she forgot to give me my paid pancakes once I got home since we just wanted to get the hell out of there. What a waste of time. All this happened with only 4 tables being«served». P.S who the hell talks to their manager with a bedroom/come-and-get-me voice?

This is the most efficient IHOP I’ve been to, during the day. At night, the experience isn’t as good. But whenever I have gone during the day, the ladies always take very good care of me. It’s really refreshing to see some of the employees take as much pride in their work as I have seen. I appreciate their care and efficiency.

I hate IHOP! Food doesn’t taste good. It feels like they microwave most of it. Pancakes are not good. They sit you next to who ever they want. You’re almost sharing the damn table with a total stranger. Staff is pretty friendly but you’re going in for the food, right?!

My wife and I went to this Ihop location today for a late lunch(2pmish). Unfortunately we had a waitress who’s shift was soon ending(she left 10 min. after we finished eating). She asked quickly my wife if she wanted coffee, and then left without asking me. While she was heading for the kitchen I told her I would like some. Then came out the old, crappy coffee. Oh well, I thought, it could be worse. The water never came out and she forgot something on my wifes order. Her short responses and I-do-not-care-attitude was annoying. Message to waitress: I understand your shift is ending and you want to go home, but that doesn’t mean were a bunch of nobodies. Shame on you. By the way, the steak I had was completely tasteless. Meaning: deep frozen. Yukkie poo!

Do you like dirty silverware? Do you like microwaved bacon sausage and/or eggs? Do you enjoy crusty waffles or pancakes that have been pre-made and microwaved? Do you enjoy being crammed into a room with 80 other people who are eating the same disgusting food as you are? Do you like a floor that was vacuumed last in 1978? Do you like an open kitchen that you wish was kept covered? Then this IHOP is for you!!! The smallest IHOP on the planet with as many tables as humanly possible crammed into this weird rectangle room. Our table was about a foot and a half wide and long. I understand it is for 2 people but the aisle were about a foot and a half wide also. I seriously felt air sick the minute I stepped into the place. Then came the food. Waffle combo please… oh nice, the sausage is rubbery. So is the bacon. Sent back, thanks, oh wait, they just replaced THAT rubbery sausage with ANOTHER rubbery sausage looking thing. And the bacon too. The poor waitress. She was sweet and I bet people treat her like shit all the time. I don’t expect much from an IHOP but I don’t think expecting ‘edible’ at any restaurant is too much to ask. At this IHOP you will have to be totally drunk, really high or have removed taste buds to even imagine this food is fit for human consumption.

My wife doesn’t get the appeal of the diner. She’s from the East Coast where diners are few and far between. We have visited different I-Hop locations in the past and she has hated every one of them, but even she was impressed by the service and quality of food at this location. The reasoning behind my love of the American diner is simple. It’s about comfort food, mass quantities of coffee and the chance to sit down, relax and have a nice conversation. The food is unpretentious and simple. It’s all about Eggs, bacon, patty melts and all of the other foods that you typically find at a diner. I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants, but this I-Hop locations is far better than any of the other locations that I have visited. It’s cleaner, the service is better and the food is far superior. The people who work at this location seem to actually enjoy what they are doing, and that attitude contributes to the overall vibe of this eatery. The bottom line on the Lincoln Ave, I-Hop: If you are looking for a hot, delicious meal that’s served with a smile, head on down to the Lincoln Village I-Hop. Your Belly will be happy that you stopped by.

I apologize. I have had a rather poor opinion of IHOP’s until today. I travel frequently, and depending on where you are, you may have 3 options to eat while on the road. It seems like it is usually McDonald’s, Burger King and IHOP. I always pick IHOP, with results ranging from blah to disastrous(I’m looking at you, Indiana!) However, feeling obligated to try this location since we are so close by now, we went for breakfast this weekend. I have to say I was pretty impressed. The staff was friendly and sat us immediately. The layout is odd, and much smaller than you would think from the outside, but at least it looks recently remodeled and clean. Our server, who I believe was named Ibraham, was attentive and really on top of his game. Coffee was hot, and I love the fact that they give you a pot so you can pour your own. Cuts down tremendously on the waiter bothering you every 2 minutes to ask if you want a refill. I had the veggie omelet, and while it won’t win any culinary awards, it was prepared excellently and presented well. You also get a portion size that is enough for breakfast the next day, so the value is great. Thanks for bucking the trend, Lincoln Ave IHOP. I think we may be back!

There is a server here named Miguel. He deserves a raise. Just sayin. Place is kind of small though, BARELY enough room on the table for all the food you get.

They recently added weekend 24 hour schedules. Bangin’ + many people driving down Lincoln don’t notice that they are open, so, there is never a wait. On weekends I can always count on an spectacular fried egg cheese burger. They don’t fry the egg fully so you still get some of that awesome yolk spilling over the burger. Yum. Marry that with an order of Cinnamon swirl french toast to share with the table as a sweet ending. Early morning bliss. Service: typically quick and never much of a wait.
