I was in PT for about six weeks earlier this year and saw Jen twice a week. While recovering from an injury is never a fun experience, Jen and team made it surprisingly enjoyable. The staff was genuinely kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Gotta say, the office’s view of Lake Michigan isn’t so bad either.

Very little time with physical therapist — a total of 10 min while simultaneously working with other patients. Then receive outrageous biling. Over $ 200 for a 10 min visit. No doctor involved. No special machines or devices. If you don’t pay right away, you get sent to collections. My credit score was dropped 150 points thanks to IBJ. Never again!

I went to Hilary at IBJI to rehab a sprained ankle and was very appreciative of her thoughtful planning and attention to my specific injury. She asked all the right questions, was very thorough in each session, and was so friendly that I actually looked forward to our appointments each week! It was very easy and convenient to book appointment times, the location was convenient for me, and the rest of the staff created a friendly environment. I would definitely recommend IBJI in the Loop for physical therapy.

I love IBJI… only the rehab part though, not the orthopedists. Hillary has been my PT through two different injuries, and both she and the rest of the staff are amazing. They really work out a plan and assess you as you go along, making everything very personalized and so that you know exactly what you are doing. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

I tore my ACL in January and I have been going to physical therapy for the last six weeks in order to improve my range of motion before surgery. This is the first time I have had to go to PT, so I’ll admit I don’t have much of a basis for comparison. However, I have only had good experiences here — it was really easy to book appointments at convenient times, the location is great(so long as you don’t have to cross the Wacker construction fiasco during rush hour in order to get there), everyone on the staff is always polite, the beds and the equipment are always clean, my therapist, Hillary, is awesome, and I always feel better after our sessions. Also, they have a really nice view of the Lake and Millennium Park, which makes riding the exercise bike by the window a little less boring than it would otherwise be. My only real gripe has been that the building management did a really lousy job of removing snow from the sidewalks after the blizzard in February. They built a snow wall between the sidewalk and the curb, so the only place for injured people to enter and exit cabs was in the middle of the crosswalk at Michigan and Randolph(not an issue since the snow melted, but very annoying at the time). Now, if only my knee would heal on its own without surgery…
