Cute mom and pop shop! I came in here to get some keys copied. I walked in and it kind of smelled like my grandparents’ house, but in the best way possible. It was warm and home-​y. Well at least as warm and home-​y a hardware store can get. The guy who made my keys was really friendly and kind. Prices are also very reasonable.

Doug was awesome! Extremely nice, called back and was out in 30 minutes, on Labor Day!!! I have never taken time to write a review, but I felt the need to here– HIGHLY recommend Doug and Imperial. Honest and fair– actually asked me if I felt the price was fair– nice to know someone still does business the old way, good and honest. Keep this phone number handy– you never know when you’re going to need it!

Doug was punctual and courteous when he came out to fix our locks. He even waived the service call fee for coming out a 2nd time because I forgot about one of the doors!

Doug did a great job helping us out with many tasks in our home.
He was on time and found our place no problem. We took a few minutes to explain all of the issues we had with our locks and doors and Doug listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. With the major issues he thoroughly discussed the different options and gave his recommendations.
He was quite knowledgeable and did a good job giving suggestions for which locks were the safest. His skills and humor are a great combination when you’re in a jam and need a locksmith!
