Super cute neighborhood bar. Very friendly to all, felt welcome when we came in. Would recommend and will visit again soon!

Love Ruben, the best bartender ever! This is the best local gay bar ever. Love the ambience. Karaōke Friday’s are the best!

Warm and welcoming. All the guys are friendly. Mostly a Gay men’s bar but seems all are welcome. They have a karaōke night and it was fun.

I love this place! Its a great time on Friday nights. And yes it is a gay bar but everyone there is friendly and doesn’t care what your sexual preference is. The drinks are great and the prices are good too. And the bartenders are not skimpy with the amount of liquor in your drink. Wish it was a little bigger but for being in the south side of Chicago, this place can be as good as the bars in Boystown.

This is a great neighorhood bar. The guys here are really friendly if you take a little initiative to introduce yourself. The drinks are a bit pricy, but very good. Another reviewer commented on the great G&Ts, and I agree, they are! It’s a small place, but it’s not a dive. It’s cheerfully decorated and clean. The street is a border street for zoning, so yes, there are small factories on the side opposite the bar, but it’s all residential housing behined the bar. There are other bars along 65th as well, so InnExile is not alone in the neighborhood. The sound and video system was great, and the DJ excellent. If you’re looking for the glamour of «Boystown» you probably won’t be happy here. If you’re looking for a nice place to have a drink, relax, make a few friends, and have a good time, then you’ll probably enjoy this bar. They have ample parking, and it’s nice not to have to hoof it to Lakeview just to have a drink with my partner and enjoy being with other gays. There aren’t many choices on the South Side, so I was very happy to find this nice little oasis.
