JD Flores Landscaping

We have had them work on our yard each Spring for the past 3 years. THey do a great job. They leave the yard with no debris.

Where do I begin. my family hired this landscaper this past summer. The company was coming on a weekly basis and doing basic maintenance– weed control, cut lawn, clean up leaves/​twigs. The prior owner stated that he was moving to another state and his brother would be taking over Flores Landscaping. My mother was never given a paper contract– only verbal for her services/​fees for her lawn. My family had never received a paper statement for the balance– they constantly called and talked to staff that came to cut the lawn requesting their bill. I emailed the company myself– I finally gotten a statement and answer. I looked over the bill and seen that what my family was quoted was different than what was being charged. We contacted management– our fees were raised without notice and I had seen that we had overpaid this company and we believed that they owed us money back. The emailed/​phone calls between the bookeeper and owner became endless — I knew we would not get our money back. This company is completely unorganized and they have bad customer service. I requested the bookeeper to show me why I should not receive my overpaid balance back and this request went unanswered.
Besides this problem, the lawn wasn’t very well maintained. I still had weeds and JD Flores stated that fertilizer/​weedkiller was placed on the lawn I was never notified verbally or a little flag was placed on the lawn. They didn’t trim around the pool and what a headache it was just communicating with them– it took 3 months for a response! I would not recommend this company…
