The team here is amazing. Ruth Ann and Wendy have helped me tremendously-​I actually look forward to going to meetings. They focus on my health and I feel they care about me and my needs and they encourage and support me every step of the way. They are awesome. And the food is outstanding

Consultants were fine but I really felt taken advantage of by this location.
1. I ordered food to pick up after work and they put my white cheddar popcorn in the freezer so 2 bags I had bought were stale when I tried too eat them.
2. I purchased the organic energy boost which was $ 30 it expired 1 week after I purchased it even though I was told it should last me a month. I never got a replacement bottle or refund and I only took 3 servings.
3. I had to cancel my membership because I switched jobs and this location charged me $ 20 for the month even though I cancelled it and never issued a refund or called me back to discuss a resolution.
I’ll never give Jenny another chance after that. It’s a very expensive program so you think they would be understanding when they screw up.

I reached my weight loss goal! Actually I was the first client in 2012 to reach their goal at this center so I’m pretty happy. It was hard work losing the 11lbs, but with the help of Danny, my counselor I got the guidance and motivation I needed to lose the last 6 lbs. If you can get him as your counselor, you will find Danny friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. Jenny food actually tastes good and once you get on a roll with creating a routine and putting yourself first, it becomes easier to lose the weight. Of course its hard work and I had to make sacrifices but I’m so proud of myself I could jump up and down! :0) Make 2012 your year to look and feel great. Join Jenny… it works!

I had a very good experience with the jenny criag center. The former consultant who is now the manager Angie was very helpful to me. I felt that Angie took her time with me and was very pleasant to speak to.
It is just too bad that she is no longer a consultant however I can see why she was promoted. If I come arcross any problems I would go right to her with the confidence that she would be as helpful as possible.
