I get Jet’s delivered from this location more often than I should admit and I’ve never had a problem with my orders. The pizza is so gooey and crispy that I’m a little obsessed with it. And I’m a die-hard Malnati’s fan. I’ve gotten the veggie special and pepperoni — both delicious. Excellent pizza choice for when I want something other than my deep dish sausage.

So disappointed. Ordered a light bake small pizza and want I received was a raw pizza. In my opinion, light bake means to not be too well done… right? Instead I got a gooey dough that was inedible and disgusting. Waste of money :(

I am from Sterling Heights, MI where Jets originated. I was craving some hometown comfort food and remembered that Jets is now in the Chicagoland area. The location on N. Wells is the closest and I was THRILLED! The pizza is exactly what I remembered and the CRUST takes me home! I have been and will continue to promote Jets to friends, clients, and coworkers! Yay for Jets in Chicago! Lets take this WORLDWIDE! Share the Jets love!!!

Per recommendation of a local friend, Jet’s 8 corner pizza did not disappoint! I ordered for delivery the grilled chicken pizza and the crust was crisp/buttery/fluffy throughout and topped with grilled chicken, peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Amazing! In addition, we also ordered an antipasto salad. Nothing to rave about and wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. 8 corners pizza is the way to go! Will definitely be ordering more in the future! Online ordering is available! ’til next time, cheers!

Great pizza, grew up with it… but this place has the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I’m 4 for 4 on every delivery order being wrong and missing something. The delivery guys have it down too, «oh they didn’t give me that for your order.» Dude, one job… check what the order is, make sure it’s right, pack it up and deliver it. I’m done with this place, worst service.

I love Jet’s Pizza, but this particular location is awful. Rude management without any sort of customer appreciation. They have a rule that after midnight you can only pay with credit card, even if you have purchased many times from them. Even if you call at 12:01, they will refuse to serve you without a credit card and will be rude about it. Avoid at all costs. Also, you can just call the Ashland location that will still deliver and be decent about it. This location really hurts the Jet’s brand.

Jets is great, but this location is terrible. Delivery shouldn’t take an hour+ during off peak hours. Pizza is frequently under cooked and toppings are sparse. Still better than most of the crap pizza found in Chicago.

We had a coupon so figured we would try it out. After reading all the negative reviews regarding delivery, I decided to place my order online and pick up the pizza myself. When I arrived to pick my pizza, it was all ready so it was hassle free. We got the 8 corner pizza with sausage, as well as an order of jet’s bread. Everything was delicious. The crust was so nice and crispy on the pizza. The Jet’s bread was soft and pillowy. I’m thinking about it now and I want to go home and eat my leftovers. Yum! Definitely try it but I can’t vouch for the delivery.

I’ve been to other Jet’s Pizza locations and I can say they are usually great. This location though has trouble following order directions, even when placed online. Sometimes they forget the crust flavoring; sometimes they lightly cook it when you asked for well done; and sometimes they take down your address information and then mark the pizza for pickup, resulting in not receiving anything for almost 2 hours. They have had times when things were fine, but they end up dropping the ball a lot more often then they should.

I suppose you get what you pay for, but you might as well spend a few bucks more and get decent pizza. All crust, no sauce and weird cheese. If you’re really craving chain/franchise pizza, then you’re better off getting Domino’s or Pizza Hut. Or, you know, one of the many GREAT local options.

Fast delivery. Friendly delivery. Pizza was HOT. Butter crust is delicious. Everything you want fast food pizza to be. This not Coalfire or gourmet, it is a serious of upgrade of whatever you ate in college and perfect to eat while watching the game or chasing your kids around.

Should’ve listened to the reviews. Craving this type of deep dish pizza that would take us back to Michigan so we ordered it regardless. Pizza came luke warm and without the ranch that we ordered and paid for, 20 minutes after the estimated time of delivery. Emailed about the ranch, no response ever. Meh.

Less than $ 2 for a slice of pizza after 2am. I really don’t see any downside. This place stays open til after the bars close making it the perfect spot for a late night snack. The staff was friendly and didn’t seem annoyed by any crazies that came through their door. Good pizza for the price.

Moved to the Gold Coast area and the building had some coupons for this place so I decided to try it out. Got the 8 corner pizza with sausage and pepperoni. Simply put this blew away my expectations. Was hoping it’d be solid but nothing too special but I was wrong. This pizza was absolutely fantastic. Cooked perfectly. Soft, melt in your mouth center and a perfect crunchy exterior. Lots of toppings, good amount of cheese. Everything was perfect. Delivery was super fast. Although I think it was a bit high price for delivery fee($ 4.95) considering I live less than a mile away. But I had the coupon so I wasn’t worried. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

No complaints. Mad delicious. That is crust is amazing. Got the wings and they are a descent size. I hate those huge wings. The cinnamon stix are great also. Fast delivery. My food came in about an hour. Will defo order from them again.

Jets Pizza is hands down the best chain pizza available. I have been a regular for years and was thrilled about the opening of this location in River North. First off, the pizza is just as great as any other Jets. The problem is that the delivery service is ABYSMAL. I have placed the same order every week, for about 8 – 10 weeks, and half of these times the food was either an hour or two late, or they mess my pizza up. I’m a pretty easy customer, having worked in the service industry for years, so I tolerated it to a certain point. The last time they messed up, I just asked for a credit on my account. They GENEROUSLY refunded me… wait for it…5 dollars! Thanks Jets on Wells! On the most recent occasion I simply wanted them to make a new pizza and replace it, and believe it or not they are having delivery problems and it will be up to an hour and a half. My advice, order takeout from another Jets location and go pick it up somehow. It’ll be way less of a headache.

Solid pizza option. This place was much needed for my fellow too-lazy-to-cook river northers. I do enjoy the options given regarding crust flavors and specialty pies. My personal favorite is the BBQ with Cajun crust. The customer service is spotty but I have met several stellar employees. There are a couple tables inside if you need a slice on the fly or are in search of a romantic first-and-final date. If any of us had self control we wouldn’t eat pizza. But I usually blame my dietal indiscretions on space invaders and order Jets.

Amazing pizza. Get the 8 corner — the corners are where it’s at! This just opened spot boasts the pizza-y goodness I know from Michigan and a super happy and friendly staff.

So I was at a bar right around the corner ordered a pizza… 2 hours later and after another client next to me ordered a pizza twenty minutes after me never got his pizza! Then when called the guy lied to me and said he never got the order! Grub head said their answer was the order wasn’t given to the kitchen… Then the delivery girl shows up with the other guys order after he called them and left… They told me they would give us our pizza45 minutes later for free! Now just FYI… They are literally 1 ½ blocks away from here! WTF… The worst example of management and business training in my entire life! Will not EVER order anything from them again! EVER!

Good, cheap pizza comes to River North. I’ve been eyeing Jet’s Pizza for a while now, and it opened the other day. Since I was hungry, I just decided to pull a couple of slices of sausage from the warmer. Obviously I’m not expecting greatness, but what I did get was quite good. The slices are square and the dough is thick; probably an inch thick. The pizza dough crumb was nice and soft, and I thought more yeasty than other pizza doughs out there. Each piece is square and very crunchy and crispy on the outside edge. This is pretty distinctive for a pan pizza. Each slice had ample amounts of sausage, a good cheese blend and a slightly acidic, not-at-all-sweet tomato sauce. This isn’t the kind of pizza you’d stack up against Gino’s or Lou’s, or any other institution in town. But if you’re looking for a good, cheap, quick lunch and want pizza, wings or a sub, Jet’s looks like a good choice.
