I bought an Amazon Local voucher. Called the number to schedule several times; always a machine. Left a message, never got a call back. I had to ask for a refund from Amazon, which I got. Now I see others selling his vouchers. I have no idea if he does good work but I certainly won’t be buying another voucher or call him again.

I really wanted to give more stars but looking at my carpet, I can’t. Within the first 5 minutes of being in my home, Jimmy said «I don’t think I can get some of the dirt out». Really? It’s just dirt on my carpet. Don’t you have some soap or something you can use? Oh sure, he was happy to show me the dirty water after cleaning the carpets but I can’t imagine that the dark patches on my carpet in my living room couldn’t be removed. Perhaps less than stellar equipment? I’ll be calling some other carpet cleaning business for my next cleaning. Sorry Jimmy.

Fast, pleasant, effective and trustworthy. Jimmy himself did my house. He is knowledgable and friendly. He hustles like every entrepreneur should. His pride in his bus is is evident. I will hire him again, maybe to refinish the hardwood once the carpet is done.
