JPR Direct Security Cameras

In 2012 we moved into our new home and right away installed a new security system. After 2 years we looked into various other companies to add a few outside cameras to our home as well as compare pricing. We did tons of research on this, 1 month of researching and debating. Alert Protective, the company who installed our current alarm system gave us an estimate in the thousands for cameras! Being that they were more than double the price and had your typical salesman attitude, we looked elsewhere. After sifting though more companies we found JPR Direct from a friend’s recommendation and from the beginning we were impressed with Ray. I believe he’s one of the owners. He didn’t have that typical salesman’s attitude. He was knowledgeable and genuinely excited about his company and products. Right away he connected with us because of his professionalism and honesty. He could have made more money from us but was honest with what was needed. This was different from other companies. He and his worker kept their work areas very clean, which I certainly appreciated. He hid all wiring like a champ! In the past DIRECTV and AT&T had just fastened black coaxial cable to the outside of our beige siding. Talk about a color clash. Ray even cleaned up some of their messy work! Afterwards he was extremely thorough in reviewing the work as well as the use of the surveillance system with us. The other bonus is that with any problems you can contact him directly at all times which was reassuring to us. In fact he was adamant about calling him anytime with questions. Who does that? He’s passionate about his work and truly one of a kind! I’m sure bigger conglomerate companies would not do this. We would strongly recommend JPR Direct. It was overall a great experience from very particular, overly picky people.

I had a 8 camera system want to update. call these guys and there great. Always on time. Put a 16 channel system in and they update the whole system with the lastest stuff out. Great service if you need a camera system call this guys
