I had a hinge of my laptop broken. Called the guy based on the positive reviews. He stopped by my building, looked at the problem and was actually able to suggest a DIY scenario for me. Thanks to his help and guidance, I was able to fix the hinge myself, saving the money (I *did* reward his time) and having some fun in the process.
The guy is positive, helpful, honest, good natured, i.e. can’t recommend him more!

Great guy. My personal computer had crashed, and Useff was able to help me on the same day, and do a home repair. Not only did he troubleshoot the problem, he consulted me on a multitude of issues, regarding buying a new pc, software, etc. We went together to purchase a new machine, and he helped me set it up, and restore all of my files, documents, emails, music, etc. He is good natured, no nonsense, friendly, and very reasonable! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled and what he does.

Katan Computers is AMAZING. The owner is the best computer repair guy in town. I used to go to a computer repair place where he worked and I was super impressed at how fast and good he was. So glad he’s doing his own thing now ’cause he’s the best tech ever. He fixed my laptop, my Dad’s desktop, my Mom’s iPad, my neighbor’s network, a friend’s smart phone, another friend’s hard drive — you name it, the guy fixes it. And he did all of it crazy fast and never charged more than it was worth. My Dad, a physicist, thinks this guy is a genius when it comes to fixing anything electronic. Best tech in town.
