This is the worst fast food chain location. KFC is great– this location is terrible. They are ALWAYS «out» of something. Last time they were out of chicken tenders and they gave me a hard time when I asked to substitute popcorn chicken for free. Today, they’re out of BISCUITS! Biscuits, really?! Wouldn’t substitute for an extra side. Said they would give us free drinks. Well the boxes come with drinks, so they said large drinks. What a joke. And make sure you check your order before they always mess it up. Literally open the box and check it.

If you like bbq sauce with your chicken make sure you buy your own as they only give you two packets for an 8 piece meal. What happened to customer service? So annoyed

I called for grill chicken they said it will be ready in 5 but when I arrived it was not ready I hafter wait 20 minutes and they gave me a free small pop they suck no manager

The problem with this KFC isn’t the food, it is the bad attitude of the people who work there. They act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Lots of errors in the orders as well. Tired of the bad service here.

What the Fuck where they thinking, giving away free food on the Oprah show. Every low life in the city, including myself was in line for food. The employees were ready to kill each other. I already tried the baked chicken and I was ready for the fried stuff again. I got to the head of the line because they ran out of baked. I had 2 breasts and a wing with slaw and mashed. I’m not sure if it’s just this location. But I remember it having more flavor? I choose the fried. If I’m going to the bucket. Then I’m going down with the ship.
