For anyone that knows me, I’ve cut my own hair for the past 16 years (no joke). When I decided to go to Krista, I admitted to her I was anxious going in but she was so calm and asked me about my hair, what I wanted and what I liked. SHE knows what she is doing. She also explained to me what she was doing and why. She is fabulous! And the blow-out was WOW-tastic. Seriously, I am so glad I went to her! From drab to fab all because of Krista.

I hate to admit it — I travel 50 miles to have Krista do my hair. Wherever she goes, I will follow her. Krista has cut my hair for 7 years, but I started doing color with her 2 years ago and I’m so sorry I waited! She has a great eye, takes color very seriously, and cuts to perfection. I had a friend waiting for me at one appointment and when the blow dry was done, she said, «Let’s go.» Not yet… Krista makes sure everything will fall into place when even I do the styling — that in itself is quite a feat. In addition to being an incredible stylist, Krista is kind and fun. I enjoy her as much as the amazing style I get.

Krista has been my colorist for about 7 years now. I have very stubborn gray hair and she introduced me to highlights and always does an amazing job with my auburn color. She is a perfectionist and you will get complete attention to detail with the cut and color. She does creative new things while still sticking with what you want. I have referred 2 friends to her, who now also look amazing. She is also just a great person with a great head on her shoulders who cares about her clients/business. I am a committed regular.

I started going to Krista to get my hair cut and colored after my sister and mom (who comes all the way from Springfield to go to Krista’s salon!) raved about her. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She’s amazing with color and highlights — I love mine, and they look great for weeks or even months after. I also recently changed up my haircut after having the same style for about ten years, and she did an amazing job with the cut as well (for reference, my profile picture features Krista’s awesome work). Highly recommended!

The salon is really cute and I have found street parking both times right in front of the store. Krista is awesome. She gets a vision and runs with it. She cut my boyfriend’s hair and trimmed up his beard. He looks amazing!!! She did my hair too and I am so happy with what she came up with. She’s worth driving all the way from Joliet. Next time color!
