I am in the process of selling my condo. The buyer put me in a tough spot (a less than three weeks closing date…) and as such, I was in a pinch and needed a third party set of eyes to take a look at a problem in my unit. Bill was extremely helpful not only addressing the issue at hand, but also walked through my unit with me to check off any other potential hiccups I might encounter.
When I communicated his feedback to my building management company, Bill responded back almost immediately to support me and confirm his findings.
Very helpful, clear communicator, and has the necessary skills within his company to address anything you might encounter: tuck pointing, masonry, patching/​painting/​sealing, wood work, plumbing/​piping, etc.
