Lara Simone Salon

I am a new client, but I LOVE LARA and her salon and I am sure I will never go to another salon as long as Lara Simone is open. Lara is so thorough with pedicures. You can tell this is her passion and the final result always shows it! The first time i came, I haven’t had a pedicure for 8 months (imagine the state of my feet:) and Lara literally did magic. She spent almost two hours working on my feet and I walked out of there with baby feet! It’s always easy to schedule with her. She also does great foot and shoulder massages! Definitely a much better more personal and intimate experience than going to a generic nail salon where you are just a number and they try to get rid of you as soon as possible without paying attention to quality.

Lara has a personal touch for each of her clients. She knows each one by name, by voice when you call and so on. She is always on time and very accommodative to clients’ schedules.

I have been going to Lara for 16 years. She and her sister, Ella, are the best. They are my family now; actually, they know my family. My mother– in-​law now goes to Lara every week, too.
I go every week for a manicure and enjoy the ease of being in the salon. It’s not big, glitzy or overpriced. It’s simple and high quality. I highly recommend «My Lara» to all of my friends. They always comment on my beautiful manicure.

Lara is the sweetest. My husband bought me a gift certificate and I was so impressed that ten months later (when I finally had time to use it) she remembered him! Seeing Lara will make you feel comfortable. It’s so nice to have a mani-​pedi with a salon owner who is warm and friendly. I was able to get a massage as well and she did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Awesome place. I started going to Lara and her sister Ella after I found their shop open on a Sunday. They are AMAZING-​warm friendly, and take great pride and attention to their work. I got a manicure and pedicure there on my first visit and was amazed, my manicure lasted almost 2 weeks, my pedicure almost 6. I have gone back for several manicures/​pedicures and a few massages. I can say that the massages i have received are the best massages I have ever gotten.

What a great find. A small nail salon/​day spa in the heart of the Depaul area. It’s owned and operated by two sisters who take a great deal of pride in their work and service to customers. It’s a personable and cozy place and gives the best manicures and pedicures EVER! The pedicures are the equivalent going to a podiatrist but with nail polish! I’ve been going there for 15 years. You end up knowing everyone after awhile as there are only two stations. They also offer facials, waxing, massages, etc. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
