Love them! Such nice people! Always do a great job and always on time! I bring my alterations here because they do the best job! I literally drive from the north side to get my clothes done here!

I’ve had a terrible experience here. Brought in brand new West Elm curtains still in its packaging to get them hemmed. 2 were returned with rust-​colored stain and one was shorter than all of the other curtains. Perhaps the curtains already came like that, but the lady handled the situation poorly by telling me that she was 100% certain they were not at fault. She begrudgingly agreed to fix them after making sure that I understood that it was my fault. They took 1 week to get it done, and didn’t even give me the courtesy to call when they were finished. Went to pick up the curtains and the rest of the curtains and later found that she gave me another woman’s dress shirt. Never going back.
