This was truly the worst experience I have had at a doctor’s office. We waited over two hours past our appt time to be seen while everyone with later appts came and left. There were roach motels in the bathroom. Our insurance and driver’s license went missing for two hours and had to be tracked down. They forced us to pay $ 300 for a sling prior to leaving that my insurance said was 100% covered by insurance and that we should not have paid for. The nurses were confused and the staff was extremely disorganized. The doctor read the X-Ray(which ended up being an incorrect read, by the way), told us to see him in a week, and didn’t explain much of what to expect. MOSTIMPORTANTLY: Due to the poor experience we decided to get a second opinion the very next day at another facility. This new doctor let us know that my fiancé required surgery and that it couldn’t wait — he did not just have a compound fracture as Levi had stated, but his entire shoulder had been separated. The only rewarding aspect of our experience with Levi’s office was one of his nurses who was extremely apologetic, caring, and thoughtful. It’s too bad she doesn’t work for a better facility. I will absolutely never go here again.
