Lhotak’s District Serv

Kathleen heard of Mr. Llhotak through a cousin years ago. She started using Llohtak District Service years ago. She married and she and John continue utilizing his service. We've sold property in IL and relocated to AZ. We continue utilizing his services from afar. He's friendly and easy to work with.

My parents have used him for years. I tried to go off on my own one year, and then had to come back to Lhotak to fix my mistakes.
He is comfortable to talk with, has your best interest in mind and is really good at figuring out all the Tax rules and laws.
I also feel that he has very competitive prices and a flexible schedule. I will return again next year.

I know you’re saying to yourself. «Why pay some schmoe to do my taxes, when I can do it with turbo tax for less?» Well, doing you’re own taxes is good and fine when you’re single, renting an apartment, and have no investments to worry about. However when you’re married, when you do own property, work for a dozen contractors, and have investments things become a little more complicated, in other words «it’s better to spend a little more money for a professional to do it. „Believe me The I.R.S. doesn’t want to hear anything about you making a mistake using turbo tax. They’ll tell you in no certain words“ fvck you pay us, or we’ll take it from you». Oh yeah! the I.R.S. is really that gangster, why it’s almost illegal… oh never mind, I digress. Dennis Lhotak proprietor of the business) runs it out of his small office on 31^st, just east of Morgan. You make an appointment with him (he’s closed Fridays and sundays) and then you and\or your spouse can sit down with him and he’ll go over everything with you from property taxes, to deductions. He is very thorough and is licensed and been in business for a long time. A couple years ago I ended up owing a bunch of money and he showed me how to change my filing status legally to avoid this in the future. I have always been satisfied with his service and rates and will continue to be a customer for years to come.
