They don’t return phone calls if you leave a message, and sometimes they lock the doors and pretend they are closed when it’s still during business hours, because they are understaffed. It was a quarter to closing time when I first went to rent the space, and they wouldn’t unlock the door or acknowledge I was there, so some person renting a space let me in the other doors, so I could go around and knock on different doors. There is a real nice man who works there, but other than that I’d say one of the female employees I recently spoke with has downright poor customer service skills, and comes off VERY rude. The hours for the storage areas are very good, and the cost of the space is not bad for the money compared to other facilities. The low marks are service related.
