The owner of this establishment is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever met. She was inconsistent in pricing, and she expelled my children over $ 25(even though technically I didn’t owe it) I said I’d bring during pick up because I didn’t have cash or time to go to the bank. She ordered her staff to not allow my son in that day and I had to take him to my mothers job so I could make it to work. When my mother picked them up she had a letter of expulsion and my kids belongings in a bag. Her emails to me were extremely unprofessional. Dana Lockett is a mean woman. She is a correctional officer and can’t have her phone and she gives her staff no empowerment so in order to get an important question answered you have to wait until she has a moment at work to look at her phone. I would suggest you not send your child there the place is run very poorly, unprofessional and extremely unorganized. Also her toy selection is quite sad.

My son has been going to Lil Einstein’s for few months now(he’s only 5 months old) and so far we are very happy with it. His teachers are wonderful — especially Ms. Angie and Ms. Shae in the infant room — but all the teachers take great care of the kids. Ms. Dana and Ms. Angie are easy to reach if I have a question or concern about my son’s care. My son seems to be thriving here and we’re happy to have found a place that works for all of us!

My daughter has been at Lil Einsteins for several months now. The staff is super caring and attentive. They are always excited to see us in the mornings and everyone is professional. The owner, Ms. Lockett, is always accessible, welcomes honest feedback from the parents, and takes a genuine interest in running a safe and efficient daycare.
