AWESOME! I’ve been to this store only once and always referred to it as ‘The $ 3 Everything store’, I never realized it did have a name. It was a little over a year ago and it seemed small but nevertheless, this place was stuffed with as many clothes as your local Goodwill store. I was expecting average, obsolete clothes but I came across some amazing vintage designer ties, cufflinks, jackets and pants. The t-shirts were mostly sponsored event tee’s although sweaters were great, I grabbed an amazing simple ralph lauren cashmere sweater that can fit for any event. This place also has some zany articles of clothing and accessories you could use to spark up your outfit or use for great halloween costumes, theme parties, etc. The women’s side of the store had a lot of everything! So many shoes although I wasn’t really paying attention to brand or size while looking for anything. Being a guy, I was admiring all the fabrics of different kind. The man working the store is extremely nice. I have not one thing to say bad about this second-hand store, definitely the best in the city by far that I’ve come across in any neighborhood. I have no clue as to why I’ve not gone back. Honestly probably due to the fact I’m extremely lethargic.

This place is unbelievable. I used to walk by the«Everything for $ 3» sign and be very wary, but now my girlfriend and I have been in at least three or four times and every time we end up buying something! The inventory changes every week, and the owner can only be described as fabulous! He is extremely nice, helpful and zero pressure, which is always appreciated. Most importantly, it is actually $ 3 for everything(including dresses, suit jackets, pants, shoes, you name it!). They have been closed for remodeling for a couple of months now, and I can’t wait until they reopen! It’s the kind of local business you want to support, and with such great service and prices, it’s hard not to.

Stumbled across Liquidation Direct today on my way to check out the Brown Elephant Resale store, the first thing that caught my eyes were the $ 3EVERYTHING! MON-SUN10−7PM signs! $ 3 for every item? Seriously? I gotta check this out! The cashier(sorry I missed your name!) was super nice, explained on the specials going on today(Men’s tee: 3 for $ 3… for real?!?) and offered to store my heavy bags from Brown Elephant behind the counter! Brownie Points for excellent service, checked! The store was neatly arranged, with Women’s Clothing on the left and Men’s on the right. Note that Liquidations Direct is actually a resale store, combined with some factory outflow clothing, so you will see a mix of Old & New items. But even the 2nd hand clothing were in great condition! There were 2 racks of new DVDs, everything from«The Blue Collar Comedy» to «Blood Diamond» to «songs from Sex & The City,» Relatively new titles(2003+) so definitely better selections than your Jewels’ Walmart stores. Overall, Women’s Clothing had a great variety of casual /office wear. The sizes leaned on S-M sizes, and some clothing did appear more outdated in terms of style /cutting. They had a great collection of office shirts /blouses though, and at $ 3 for Banana Republic tops, you can’t beat the price! There were some great shoes /heels as well, back to the basics and definitely staples for the wardrobe. Shoes were typically Sz 7+, so I didn’t find any that fit my small feet =(The dress section was definitely lacking… outdated dresses with styles /patterns from my mom’s generation, may be good for a costume party? On the Men’s side, there was a GREAT selection of long-sleeve shirts and pants. Found a lot of great brands(Armani, Dockers) and the $ 3 price tag is cheaper than most Men’s pants I’ve seen, even at Salvation Army Stores! The t-shirts were lacking, definitely worn out and mostly event-based logo tees, didn’t find any known brands on the rack at all. One thing to note for the guy’s section, you can find neat suspenders and wacky ties here! I saw some new leather shoes with minimal scuffing too, definitely a bargain! Liquidations Direct seem to have better selection for men than women. You will find great steals for Hawaiian-themed parties or the Rolling Twenties, here! Ultimately, you can’t beat the $ 3 price tag + amazing service!
