This is such good seafood for a generous price. Every time I go, I always get the shrimp with mojo de ajo, the spicy soup and extra bread(what can I say, I’m Chilean). And of course I pick off my moms plate, because I basically love everything

O dios mio how many different ways can one prepare shrimp? I wish I had time to try all of the ways they’re made at Los Delfines but I’ve only been there thrice!

Love, love, love this seafood establishment! For the price of an entrée, you get an appetizer and a generous portion of your dish served with a scrumptious homemade potato salad and a garden salad. Service is superb and unless it’s a major holiday, they aren’t terribly crowded so your guaranteed to get food quickly. I get their«camarones a la diabla» which have just the right amount of kick.

Seafood yum! This a spot I like to visit since it goes way back, one of the first Mexican seafood places in Chicago. I always like the lobster tails here.

Best Mexican seafood place! Before Islas de Nayarit and before Islas Maria, there was Los Delfines. I remember my parents ordering take out from here when I was a child, and it was as tasty then as it is now. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you get. And what I absolutely LOVE… they clean off the poop line on the shrimp. Not too many places do that and it discusses me that they dont’, ew! I’ve had their Camarones empanizados, camarones a la diabla, and filete a la veracruzana. All were equally as amazing. Entrée comes with a starter(either ceviche tostada or fish soup) and with rice, salad, and potato salad. They have another location on Archer, food is just as great there.

O dios mio how many different ways can one prepare shrimp? I wish I had time to try all of the ways they’re made at Los Delfines but I’ve only been there thrice! Go there on an empty stomach because you will be stuffed by the time you’re through. The garlic shrimp is my favorite. I also appreciate the seafood salad on a crisp tortilla that they bring everyone as an appetizer. Beer is also available at this location, and prices are good. Service is friendly and fairly efficient. Parking can be a problem especialy during rush-hour restrictions: your best bet is to park a couple blocks away on a residential street if you can’t find metered parking out front.
