I dropped a book on my laptop and the «9» key broke and popped off. I had a warranty through Best Buy, they told me that the whole keyboard would have to be replaced and I wouldn’t have my laptop for two weeks. As a student that was a big problem, so I decided to try buying a new key from Machina Electronics. The part came sooner than I expected and the online installation guide was very user-​friendly. Since then I have ordered a new charger for my laptop, which arrived quickly and was half the price of ordering the part from HP.

I broke my laptop screen today. That set the tone for a horrible day. Machina to the rescue. What are the odds that they would have my part in stock and be local? Yes to both. Friendly staff and they let me borrow their tools to install the new screen.
Ruined day saved by this gem of a shop. I will visit again (hopefully not soon) and recommend to all my friends that need a part for their laptop, notebook, desktop, iPod, iPad, and anything else.

When the «return» key broke on my 2006 model MacBook Pro, I ordered a replacement from Machina’s website. Their price beat the competition and I received the correct key in the mail in only three days.
Now I can make paragraphs again!

I needed 2 replacement keys for a 3 year old laptop. Machina had them in stock at a fairly reasonable price. I placed my order, and had the keys in my mailbox in two days. Awesome!
