We have Carol clean twice a month, and I love coming home to such a sparkling apartment! She is such a trustworthy and kind person. I haven’t had a single concern. The peace of mind that comes with knowing we will have a clean home and no drama is priceless. She’s the best!

Today Carol cleaned my home and she was outstanding. She was kind, quick, thorough, and made it clear that if she missed anything that she would come back free of charge. She collected garbage, got rid of SO much mold in our shower and dusted everything. It smells and looks great! I will definitely recommend Carol to all my friends & family.

Our experience with this company ended on a very disappointing note.
We used this service for about 6 months. Carol came and cleaned our house about once a month. She did a fine job, and according to my wife (I never met Carol), she was pleasant to talk to.
We recently moved out of that house and paid Carol to go in and do a deep clean so that it would be move-​in ready for the new tenants. She came (we were no longer there), but afterwards the landlord contacted us and gave us a long list of all the areas she didn’t clean or didn’t clean well enough. We forwarded this list to Carol, and she told us she would go back in on Friday of that week to finish the job.
She never went in that day, and she has not responded to any of our phone calls or texts (she always responded quickly in the past). The level of service on this last job was below average, but it’s the lack of communication or explanation that has urged me to write a negative review (my first ever on Unilocal).

Carol did such a great job cleaning our place! She was very detailed and her cleaning products are safe and smell great. She asked me to do walk through after and let her know anything she missed. She got every nook and cranny. She works with your schedule and makes it very easy to book an appt. Her prices are very reasonable. I have already recommended her to friends! Defiantly give her a call to clean your place!

Very pleased with this cleaning service! They even cleaned inside the microwave, under lamps, and my baseboards without being asked!!! Will be using Maid At Home for all of my future cleaning needs! Thanks again for the great job! 5 Stars!!!
