I don’t think I’ve ever wrote a bad review before this, but the service here was absolutely horrible. I have never experienced customer service like that in my life. Is it because they are located in an airport so no matter what, the will get business? I don’t know. The ladies behind the counters seemed in a bad mood and were having side conversations the whole time. They were fighting over who should slice the bread and put on the condiments because none of them wanted to do it themselves. Oh, and not to mention that they were extremely rude to the customers(one girl rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted mayonnaise) and incredibly slow moving. Worst experience. Will never go back. Those girls should be retrained or should give up their jobs(to people with better attitudes) and not be in the service industry.

This was the worst breakfast and customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. The staff was inefficient and unresponsive, and the corned beef hash was inedible. A waste of time and money.

Usually a favorite stop on the way through CHI Midway, but today the service was down right rude!!! Food is good but the staff is either overworked or needs a pep talk. Due to their reputation, the line was long but several ppl left the line due to rude and disrespectful staff. You are better than this Manny’s.

To sum it up its nothing like the original Manny’s. Not even close. The folks behind the counter were great, loved the personalities and how quick they work to get folks through the line. The food is where this all goes wrong, the matzo ball soup was lukewarm. The pastrami was pre portioned in a baggie and then microwaved, this is 100% unacceptable, I’m still freakout by this. I go to deli’s across the country, I expect that the meats will be freshly sliced and piled high and I’m willing to pay the price. This is major city with the #1 deli in Chicago, I’m shocked.

Their breakfast is pretty good. Everything is so pricey though… then again you are at an airport. Some of the workers are nice and some aren’t as quick as you’d like them to be. Never had a huge issue. I never had anything except breakfast because I was usually there in the morning. I will update if I decide to have lunch/dinner from this place.
