McDonald’s

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Stopped by for lunch and paid way too much for a combination meal. When back to the counter to asked for a refill on my soda and I was informed they don’t do refills. Wow, talk about cheap!
This place needs to clean their very small dining area as it was full of high school age kids sleeping in the seating area. Poorly run and not customer friendly. I won’t stop by here again.

One of the worst around. I’m really going to stop going here. Most of the time the order is incorrect or something is left out of the bag like sauce when you order things that come with it.
They serve dirty looking eggs with their breakfast meals. You ask for coffee with 4 creams and no sugar, and get the reverse. The sausage on the biscuits aren’t cooked right, they are done, but gray. The biscuits can be doughy. You might get a crumb in your soda, look under the lid!
One time I saw a worker cleaning the soda machine with a filthy rag, the part where the soda comes out too. They hand you your ice cream cone with bare hands.
The workers are unfriendly. Some of them are either hard to understand, or don’t understand the customers. One made me pay for jelly to go with my sausage biscuit, she said it was a new policy. I ordered one the next day, and the cashier had never heard of such a policy.

Absolutely horrid service! Ten minutes in drive thru and still didn’t order… never again and this is at 1230 am. No line long wait no service.

The manager and the older, cashier’ they have on duty should be fired immediately.
this happen today at 1.15 pm on 7÷19÷14 you have lost myself and many others as customers once i start telling them what i witness today.
i was behind a lady that was clearly «Handicap» she was on her scooter and was placing a order and was told she could not be help she did’t know .so she ask if someone could come out side and give a hand to get in or take her order and bring it out. reasonable request, no so she ask to speak to a manager, well there come the big boss cashier’ by the way that not a manager; screamed at her to get out of line and that they don’t go outside!!! and take orders ! my niece got so angry that a Handicap person was being treated that way that she, offer to go inside and buy what she wanted. when the manager seen that it was getting ugly then he decided he might be able to help, WELL to little to late you should be ashamed McDonald’s so Ashamed

They haven’t got an order right any of the 5 times I’ve been there in the last year or so. Face to face at the counter, mind you. I’m horrified to think what the drive through must be like.

This place is NOT closed I live blocks away and its always crowded. I gave it 4 stars because iv been coming here for years since its so close but lately its gone down hill. They seem to only hire foreigners who cant speak or understand English which leads to a lot of messed up orders. Also don’t bother asking for a dipping sauce because the Mexican lady who ALWAYS works the drive thru tries to charge 60 cents. The sauces are suppose to be free so obviously she tries to pocket the money for idk what reason. I ask for a receipt every time she tries to charge me since they cant charge you for anything with out giving you a receipt. She then says she cant give a receipt because it don’t come with one. This is every single time. When I ask for the manager she says no ones there what a classic move. One time she even grabbed the sauce out of my hand and closed the drive thru window and never came back. This place really needs to hire new people before it becomes one of those trashy dirty run down McDonalds
