This is likely by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to at 1:45 am, if that’s any indication of the service they provided during the slowest time I NEVER want to experience how they operate during the day. The initial cashier was rude with a very NASTY attitude after I specifically asked about the breakfast menu and when I asked about the«After Midnight» menu she was clueless, rude, and dismissive. I then asked for the manager on duty who was even more clueless about the«After Midnight» menu that was hanging on the drive through board, she initially stated it started at 3:00 am, and when I asked so it’s from 3 – 4AM, only for an hour she displayed an attitude. I then asked for the Corporate number, and this is where things got interesting. The manager stated that she needed to «look for a receipt because the number is on it», after she searched for a couple of minutes she returned to the window and stated she«couldn’t find one», I responded«well can I order something to get one» she stated«sure but you have to drive around and order». After driving around and ordering I picked up my food and confirmed the number on the receipt I heard her saying«we never sale breakfast at this time» to an employee. So I don’t blame her if it’s true but ALL of the attitude just made matters worse, now I’m stuck with a dollar sandwich that I don’t really want I’m still hungry. #FML #1atWorldProblem

Terrible service, food, attitudes. Please avoid all the englewood area McDonald’s! Either something is broken or they just don’t hv it, and if they do… you’re going to wait for it! Save your money

2 stars. the food is fine, but I DESPISE coming here. always slow as hell, and the last time I was here, police rolled in like 10 cars deep to arrest the cat behind me while I waited in the drive thru lane. awful!

Let me first start by saying this is thee worse McDonalds in the 60636 zip code… Perhaps even the Englewood neighborhood. I can excuse the fact that they do NOT have a dollar menu or the famous $ 1 any size drinks but I cannot excuse their AWFUL service. If it doesn’t take 30 minutes or more to receive your food, you are probably gonna have to check your order because chances are… they got it wrong.

This McDonald’s is «Hollywood» themed but they do not have star quality. The cashier was polite but the service went in slow motion. It is inexplicably dumbfounding how long it took for us to receive our order of oatmeal and soft serve ice cream. She only got about 1⁄3 of the chocolate shell on my soft serve that I paid full price for. While I waited, I asked another cashier if I could have a cup of water. He wanted to charge me an additional .49 and then proceeded to talk about another customer who had the audacity to make the same request. If I weren’t in an area where I thought I might not come out alive, I would’ve spoken my mind. Instead, I told her that I forgave her and left.

The service is horrible and they never get your special order right. I’ve order sausage mcmuffin w/egg breakfast sandwich from them plenty of times and this time they didn’t include my egg. I agree that you should avoid this place at all cost unless you have time and patience.

This McDonald’s is actually worse than the one on 83rd& Ashland. I went through the Drive-Thru. It took almost 10 minutes to get my order taken, then another 15 minutes to get to the window, just to be informed that they are only accepting cash becasue thier Credit Card Machine has been down since the day before. In the past when I have stopped at this location, whether there was 2 cars or 10, it has always been a very slow process that takes a minimum of 15 – 20 minutes. I think they forgot they are supposed to be FAST food.

Yes my fellow Unilocalers, I have been bamboozled yet again! So of course all I want is this yummy Frappé that I’m now hooked on(as MickeyD’s is known to do). The first time I went to this location, the line in the drive thru was incredibly long(isn’t it illegal for the drive thru line to end in the street!!!) and the lines inside were equally ridiculous. I turned around and left immediately after I saw an employee just stare at the next person in line as if to say«let’s skip the small talk, WTF do you want?» Today I was feeling brave plus it was«are you serious» hot out. I went through the drive thru as there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I proceeded to order my yummy Caramel Frappé(minus the canned spray cream) only to be informed that they were out of caramel drizzle. Seeing as though I wanted to hold the cream stuff and not the drizzle, I felt a little annoyed and asked would there be a discount offered since there would be no caramel on my CARAMEL Frappé. OMG I swear you could have heard crickets for at least 60 seconds. At that point I was too paranoid about something else being drizzled on my yummy Frappé and decided to get the hell out of there… for GOOD!!! My fellow Unilocalers, just keep driving, you’re bound to run into another one on the way to your final destination. Just keep driving and don’t you dare look back!
