Large Chicken fried rice with extra chicken takeout for a picky eater in our house. 5 stars! Called ahead. Parking easy! Ready in 15 min as quoted when I called. Accepts credit cards. Walked in, order was ready as promised, paid, walked out. For steaming hot when I got home. Thank you Mee Mah!

I drove past here many times, But today was my boyfriends and I first time here today. It certainly won’t be the last either. The service we got was great. The food was more amazing than i expected it to be. The mango smoothie I got was delicious! The prices are reasonable. I can’t wait to come here again!

I use to order from here pretty frequently they are decently priced and the owners are so sweet. Also, i you are one of the last orders they really fill up the boxes to where they won’t even close. The last couple of times I ordered from there however, wasn’t the best experience. The chicken was burnt, the rice lacked flavor, and the pan fried noodles were literally black. If I am really craving and have no other option this is the place nothing special but meets a craving…

I wanted to put 3 stars because I was annoyed at how I specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard in the cups and not NOT in the packets and I got packets and not cups, with the bitter nasty mustard and not the hot good mustard I was looking for. But after eating the food some of it was pretty good so Im not going to include that in my rating. So 4 stars. Still annoyed though.Anyway. They included a bowl of wonton soup I didnt order so that was nice. I got Singapore noodles, and the dinner for 2 which included Mongolian beef, 4 meager slices of bbq? pork, bbq pork fried rice, egg rolls and crab rangoon. I got delivery through Unilocal and it took exactly one hour as the estimate predicted. Delivery guy seemed nice. The food: The mongolian beef was odd, not the usual stuff you get from most places. It was good, but strange, it was a bit spicy unlike most places which I liked but had some kind of other odd flavor too it that I couldnt recognize, it was almost black unlike most mongolian that is brown, it was not overcooked. I liked it but it was just… weird. The white rice was moist and fluffy, the bbq pork fried rice was very good. The egg rolls were very good, I like peanut buttery egg rolls. The crab rangoon on the otherhand was chewy and meh. Also what was called bbq pork, seemed to be 4 small silver dollar sized pork slices in hoisin sauce. Not the usual red colored bbq pork, was brown, but still tasted ok. The star of the order was the Singapore noodles, that was really really good. Loved it. I may possibly order from here again but it seems like the kinda place where some things are great and some are meh. Overall I guess I am happy with the order but the packets of sauce annoyed the crap outta me. Petty, I know. ;) Its a place worth trying a couple times to find out whats good and whats not. Unfortunately no one will ever be able to replace Pekin House on Devon Ave, that closed a few years ago. But that singapore noodles is nearly a replica. Loved that stuff. Will probably order again in the future.

Tried this place for the first time(for takeout) a few days ago based on the recommendation from a friend. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and asked us if it was our first time visiting. When she found out that it was, she gave us a free container of soup… very nice touch… We’re kind of on an odyssey trying to replace our old stand-by chinese place that closed last year… this could be our new place. We ordered the following: Crab Rangoon — perfectly fried, not oily with the perfect ration of cream cheese to crab — very delish… Egg Rolls — yeah, we went heavy on the fried stuff but it was a weekend… they were ok — a bit too much cabbage without any other filling — one or two shrimp and that was it. We’ll stick to the crab rangoon. Mongolian Beef — excellent taste on this dish — great sear on the beef and a nice spicy-sweet taste. Portions were nice, good green peppers as well as green onion and there was a side of noodles for a topper which was a nice feature. We ordered it «medium spicy» and it was right on target. Sesame Chicken — not our favorite as it simply was a bit sweet without much flavor. It could have been that I didn’t order it «medium spicy» or «spicy» but not that great. Chicken Fried Rice — a big hit with our kids who can be finicky about their fried rice. Wonton Soup — just fine but nothing extraordinary. We will definitely be back for the Mongolian Beef, Rangoon and fried rice and will also try some of the other chicken or veggie dishes.

I’m not one to write a review about anything… But for this place I HAVETO! First off we ordered for delivery we are literally 10 minutes away from the restaurant. I placed the order at 5:47PM and the delivery didn’t arrive till 7:15PM. I called twice to ask what the status of the order was and both times I was told it would be in the next 15 minutes. The quality of the food is nothing impressive. Very bland, very plain, missing salt and seasonings. The best part had to be the fortune cookie that it came with. Won Ton soup tasted like water, Chow Mein was so watery the noodles were basically swimming in it. Mongolian beef was over cooked. Crab Rangoon barely was filled. I got full although I was not happy after my meal. Someone call Chef Ramsay and have him visit this restaurant cause its a bloody disgrace what they serve.

We moved to the area and was looking for a Chinese restaurant. We drove past a number of times and thought we would try it. Loved it and going back tonight to try something new. Quick pick up delivery and arrived home hot! Definitely a must!

This place is sadly pretty bad. Especially disappointing because it’s probably the closest restaurant to my new house, but we are learning that we now live in delivery no-man’s-land. I guess I had high expectations because my favorite chinese restaurant by my old place(as I mentioned before, we recently moved from Lincoln Square to Sauganash) was awesome. Pretty much everything we ate from here was bad. I ordered some basic chicken chop suey, which I figured was a safe starting point, but it had an off taste and I was almost nervous to eat it. My husband had the organge chicken, which was oddly fried and then sliced with a weird sauce. The egg rolls and fried apps that we tried were also not even worth the calories. Sorry Mee Mah, we won’t be ordering here ever again. I would hope we just ordered the wrong things but we went pretty basic so I won’t risk trying others. The place looks really cool and old-school Chinese restaurant loungey, so maybe it’s a better experience if you eat there

I’m not generally a big fan of Chinese food, but this place has a lot of dishes I won’t normally order from anywhere else. We’ve been going here for a long time. The owners are always so friendly. My one complaint is that the smoothies are a little on the watery side. Flavor is good but they melt down really quick. My favorite thing from there is the Crab Rangoon. They add onion which most places dont. They aren’t as sweet as most places either. Delicious.

This restaurant is close to my husbands work and I wish it was a whole lot closer to our house. It is by far our favorite chinese food around — the egg rolls are delicious and HUGE! and we have never had an inferior dish here and we have sampled much of their menu. The XL fried rice is enough to feed an army for a reasonable price. If you like delicious chinese take-out then this is the place for you!

mongolian beef, egg rolls, chicken fried rice are all SPOTON fantastic. i’ve tried a couple of their chicken dishes and they were just meh which is the only reason i can’t give them five stars. seriously though, get the mongolian beef. you MUST.

I ordered via grub hub and at 1 hour and 45 minutes they told me another 20 minutes. The crazy person on the phone even argued and lied to me about the time I placed the order. I cancelled the order and I will never order from this place again. Instead of being apologetic she told me that they were too busy, like that’s MY problem.

Mee mah’s serves really delicious food. It’s no wonder everyone raves about their eggrolls(which are divine)! I quite enjoy the ambiance, it reminds me of a time capsule of sorts. The service is always friendly and fast. Their hot and sour soup leaves something to be desired, but the broth is good enough to make it acceptable. Love the tea!

When I think of what great Chinese food should be, I think: comforting, fresh, and delightful. Meals from Mee Mah are all of those things! This might sound like bs, but I believe when someone puts love into food, you can taste it. Mee Mah’s food is full of pride, care, and love. It’s true, Their Mongolian beef is the best. It’s soft and tender, with nice heat, and even has a subtle char which I LOVE. Their eggrolls are enormous, more like 2 eggrolls. I couldn;t finish mine but I look forward to finishing it for lunch :) Another favorite dish of mine is the Mee Mah delight. It’s shrimp, pork, and chicken in a light garlic sauce with veggies. Just perfect flavor without being too heavy. Bottom line, after my 2nd meal from Mee Mah my boyfriend and I are now loyal customers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because their egg drop soup was pretty watery and bland. But every other aspect is so great, I don’t care.

I should have my head examined. After several years, I decided to give Mee Mah another chance. Truth be told, I was so in the mood for pressed duck, and years ago, I used to have it there on a regular basis. So, I broke down and put in an order for delivery. This time the delivery was prompt. Mom had the chicken lo mein which was ok. I, of course, had the pressed duck. It was so salty, as to be inedible. I ate one piece and pitched it out. NEVERAGAIN, this time for sure, pinky promise. I will NEVER order from Mee Mah again. Period, end of story.
