I’ll keep this short and brief. I came into the office today for a microderm, Elyse was Amazing!!! Professional and super sweet. I will be back in a couple weeks for my chemical peel. Thanks for taking the time to see me! You have gained a loyal customer.

I had my eyelash extensions done there and I could not be happier!
Pros: The place is right downtown with the view of the Millennium Park in this swanky high-​rise bldg. The office is very clean and cozy, lots of sunshine and it smelled nice when I walked in.
I was very comfortable during my appointment. I was offered a pillow and a blanket and the music was very relaxing the entire time. I fell asleep when the girl was applying my eyelashes (I don’t remember her name unfortunately, I have a short-​term memory with names). She used very comfortable eye-​pads and just one piece of light tape so I was able to close my eyes naturally, nothing was pulling on my eyelids, no pressure on my eyes, etc… so I snoozed off to a dream land pretty fast!
Quality of eyelashes A+!!! What an amazing job she did. My eyes are transformed. I usually go for a very dramatic look (the longer the fuller the better!), and she just totally nailed it. Every lash is perfect and they are so long! I love looking in the mirror! (I’m a lash addict by the way; I’ve been doing this for several years almost non-​stop).
Cons: parking is kind of a pain. They validate it at a certain location (I couldn’t figure it out though, so I just took a train). Also this company could use online scheduler like most places do nowadays. Eliminates the need of a phone call when I need to schedule my visit or reschedule an existing appointment or just look what’s available that week. We are all busy people, I can’t always have a phone conversation, time is money :)
Conclusion: I came there because I bought a groupon and was just looking for a good deal. I will definitely be back even though this place is a little bit far away from my home/​work. By the way, her normal prices are very competitive too. I’m not gonna mention the cost here in this post (maybe she’s still experimenting with pricing, who knows), but it’s incredible value for the money.
