Who in the world writes a review for the funeral home? Me. The staff was respectable, understanding, and good at what they do. Mr. Thomas and his son did a top-​notch job of restoring my mother. She suffered from a long-​term illness and her post-​mortem body was shockingly thin and no longer looked like herself. At her viewing, mom looked twenty years younger and asleep versus deceased. The «undertaker» used very little makeup and created a great natural appearance.
I am still awaiting the receipt of all of our death certificates (3 out of 5 were ready about two weeks after the funeral, though I opted to wait for the arrival of all 5). This is the only thing that held me back from the five stars I believe they may have otherwise earned. I highly recommend Midwest Memorial Chapel.
