I’m actually really surprised to find that I’m the first to review Mike. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s really a great trainer. Mike does both traditional training and personal kickboxing training — we do a lot of kickboxing. So if you’re looking for something that is fun and will really kick your butt — Mike is your man. Mike really knows his stuff — he has been doing this for a while and I believe he has fought semi-professionally. He really focuses on making sure your form is correct so that you don’t injure yourself, but keeps it at a fast pace at the same time. The time with him flies — and it’s a lot of fun. Lots of punching and kicking which is great because if you try to do this to people on the street you might wind up in jail. :) It’s a great work out and I feel like I’ve learned a lot from him. He’s also really funny — a really dry sense of humor which is hilarious. One other thing to note is that Mike is also very patient. I screw up a lot but he brings it all right back around and gets me back on track — without making me feel like the moron I know I am! I know Mike does both traditional training as well as the kickboxing — so check him out for both! He’s awesome!
