Don’t bother with this guy. After going out of my way to find the real location of his showroom since the Unilocal address was wrong, I found myself at what is a member’s only carpet store with no one from MT Flooring. I wasted my time showing a sample to a worker there who told me he would give all my specs to Marlowe and find a suitable carpet like the sample I showed him. Marlowe calls and says he will have to special order the carpet I showed the showroom guy. This is exactly the opposite of what I asked the showroom guy to do. Marlowe says he’ll give me a quote that day or the next for my two jobs using readily available carpet. I didn’t get a call that day, the next or the next or even that week. After writing this business off as a total waste of my time, Marlowe calls me a week later trying to give me his quotes. I guess going through a middle man like this you should expect delays, where a carpet store can actually give you a quote on the spot. I didn’t even want to hear the quotes. He should disclose in his advertising that he doesn’t have his own showroom and that he is a member of some buyer’s club and resells through the club.

I just had carpet installed in my new office. I love the great selection that Marlowe has and I was able to pick a nice, commercial carpet that doesn’t look cheap and boring like so many carpet styles you see in office buildings. The installation was a breeze. I recommend MT Flooring for commercial carpeting, and I’m sure they provide the same great products and services for your home.
