Nine West

I walked by there one day during lunch and decided to pop in when I saw that they were having a «Happy Hour». I am so glad that I did! Their selection was fantastic, their prices wonderful, and their staff courteous and helpful. They even have a new rewards program and will email you when your store is having events. I love this store and I“m glad that it’s so close to my work!

I frequent this Nine West often. I love them they always have large sizes. Its really small but if you come after 5pm then you only get one or two people in there at a time. The staff is friendly and they actually wear the shoes so they can tell you how they feel and recommend others to you.

If you are on the lookout for really cute, reasonably priced shoes, definitely make a stop at this store. It’s conveniently located off of the State Street shopping area, right near Marshall Field’s– oopsI mean Macy’s. But its just far enough off that it’s not really packed full of tourists :)
The reason this place really got my attention though is the fabulous sales staff– I stopped in recently and this poor girl was all alone and getting swamped with customers, but was managing to ring up two or three customers at a time and totally kept her cool while still being incredibly polite and helpful to customers still trying things on. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out here.
Its sort of tucked away, as opposed to the Michigan Ave. store, so you might have better luck finding sale items in your size here (I wear a 7 – 7.5 here and other locations are ALWAYS sold out of my size in sale shoes, hell sometimes even in regularly priced shoes! but here I can still find them!)
I wish this place was located closer to my office so I could come all the time on shoe shopping breaks!
