Omnibus Real Estate

They are only getting 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. And in this case, it should be.
This company manages the building that I live in. Lucky for me, I’m only renting and will be out of here in 6 months (counting down — it won’t come soon enough!).
They are unresponsive, I’ve called approximately 7 times and have received 0 calls back.
For example (and this is one of a few problems)… We had water dripping all over the floor from the ceiling from the shower drain from the unit above, but because it was a Saturday (and OH MY GOD, someone actually answered a phone! that happened once), nothing could be done and I was told to tell my upstairs neighbors not to use their shower until it was fixed and that they could probably be out there Monday to fix it. «Probably.» I was incredulous. Yea, that happened.
So with all the great effort they throw into their property management, I can only imagine the fine job they do with everything else.
