If I could rate them lower I would! Worst service ever. I took my Vehicle to Windy City to get fixed and the owner Emo said go get my phone screen replaced here. So since I had to wait for my car to be fixed I walk over and the guy/​owner tells me 140 dollars and I would have it back in 20 min. I thought that that was high but if I can get it back in 20 min I figured ok. So my car was fixed in an hour so I go back to Oneway Tobacco & Cellular and he says he needs another 10 min. But I noticed that he was working on someone else phone when he said it. So I came back a half hour later and he says oh I cracked the screen so I just sent a person to go get a new one. Give me another half hour and I will have it done for you. I asked for the phone number because I would not come back again unless it was done. So I called two hours later and they said yes it was done. So I go back once again and he says oh I just need your pass code to unlock the phone. I asked why didn’t he ask for it any of the other times or on the phone before I came all the way back again? No response. So my thumb print to unlock the phone did not work. He said I will call you when I have it fixed. So at 7:20 pm I still have not received a phone call so I called them. He says yes it is fixed. ok, so why no phone call? I go there once again and they say they could not get the thumb print to work.
He said he tried 4 different screens which was a lie because he only sent the guy to get 1. So I asked how much he was going to charge me and he said I am not the owner I just work here so it’s 140. Which was another lie because Emo from Windy City said he and the other guy was the owners. I told Emo what had happened and if he recommended that place to anyone ever again and if I was not such a loyal customer to them I would not come back to them again either because he recommended them. So I gave him cash and I never got a receipt. So I over paid didn’t get it back even close to the time they had promised and it’s not working 100%.

I went there for the first time I figured it was time to quit smoking once again. The prices they have are fair and sometimes you can get Habibi Omar to come down a little. This place has everything a smoker would need. I think I got a great deal on a nice looking vape pen. I was also able to. get a part to fix my old one too. They have a big selection Of different flavors. worth a try. It’s on the corner so parking is it exactly ideal. However it is easy to get to right of 90 and Irving. Come in save money they have great products. I actually came back and they exchanged a battery cause it stopped working properly. They are nice guys and really take care of their clientele. If you are thinking about making a vape purchase these guys will be 100% honest and build u a pretty epic pen for a good price.
