I was stunned to read any bad reviews here. I have had four children get their braces here. I have been in the office every six to eight weeks for ten years. I have never has trouble scheduling or interacting with the staff. My children have done well and I have enjoyed going here as much as could be expected

I have to agree with other posters that it is almost impossible to get a decent appointment time. When I first started, it was easy for some reason, but now that our braces are soon to be off, no good appointment times ever free. It’s maddening. I’ve not experienced rudeness however, but that is not good to read.

I have been here a dozen times and I am always dissatisfied with the office staff morale. In particular, the receptionist, noemi, is consistently rude and condescending. I do not understand how she has remained employed at this office for so long. Her attitude is horrible. She pretends like she cannot hear you speaking. Also, once she made me throw away my coffee before I accompanied a child in the back for his appointment. Is this chick serious? I’m 30 years old, not 3 and I won’t spill my drink. Especially my $ 6 latte. I hang on tight to that, ha! A case of a «Glorified Receptionist» on a power trip if you ask me. It’s also next to impossible to get appointments. They book months out, it’s absurd. If you need to be «squeezed in» you have to speak to the office manager. The regular receptionists don’t have the authority to adjust appointments in the computer system. It’s kind of ridiculous.

If I had to do it all over again, I would take my kids to an orthodontist with a small, personalized practice. This practice operates like a factory, and several of the receptionists are rude, especially when you need to reschedule your appointment. I have been told there is no future appointment available(but my child is in braces???). It doesn’t matter how skilled the orthodontists are – what matters is how we are made to feel when we come here. Either more office hours are needed or more orthodontists.
