If I could give 0 stars, I would. They now go by Chicago Daily Luxury and are not listed on here because he probably does not want to get bad reviews under that name. I bought a groupon and spoke with Raphael on June 12 and he told me to send him an email with all the information. It was not a business email, just a personal yahoo one and that should have been my first clue. He did respond on June 14^th saying we were confirmed.
The day we set with him was for a one way to Midway on July 10^th at 7pm. When he was not there at 7:10, we called him and he said he did not have anything on his books for us. We reminded him that he did confirm and he said he would not be able to get to the condo in time to get us to the airport in time. He did say we should call groupon to get a refund and he would pick us up free of charge from the airport. We had to get on our way, so we told him we would be in touch. He called us about an hour later and left a voicemail asking when he could pick us up.
I ended up not using him for my pickup from the airport and just took the el home. It felt like too little, too late. A professionally run business should keep track of what they book and I did not want to use him to get home. I guess that is why they are on groupon, they probably can’t get business otherwise.

ZERO STARS!!! Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! When we arrived at the airport there was no driver to be found. I called the owner and he said the driver is an hour and a half out. After I start to say that’s pretty ridiculous he just hangs up on me. This happened at least four times. I text him asking why he hung up, and his response was «you don’t listen.» After going back and forth thru text, he then told me he was going to show up at my hotel to fight me, Using a few derogatory terms… By no means should anyone do business with Ralph and his company.

Used chicago daily today the vehicle was clean the driver had to mapquest the route on his phone. the rates went up from $ 32 to 45 to 60 then asked for 55 not comfortable using for return trip will not recommend.
I’m not sure if it is a registerd limo company the vehicle just had passenger plates not livery plates and no City licenses

Words can not describe how horrible this fly by night operation really is. Raphael is extraordinarily rude and condescending. He doesn’t know how to add, but has the nerve o tell me that I don’t get his math. $ 90– $ 69 does not equal $ 40 you jack ass! I’m getting a refund and you should get some math lessons and social skills.

Like so many others this place should get zero stars. I am getting a refund and will no longer have anything to do with this company even if it was free.
I called to ask for a reservation and was told via the ansering machine to e-​mail some random yahoo e-​mail address. I did so and was eventually called back and told they had no cars. He then called about 30 minutes later and said they had cars but I would need to send the e-​mail with my details again. My first tip off that these guys are unprofessional.
My flight was delayed about 30 minutes, they had my flight information, I had sent it twice after all. I called them after picking up my bags only to be informed the driver left because I was not there at 9PM. I asked you had my flight number you knew that the flight was delayed, why did you leave? They then said that AA had said my flight arrived at 9. Now I know full well that AA did not say the flight had arrived when it hadn’t, he was just blantaly lying.
As a limo company you have one job, wait for the customer and pick them up and they could not even do that. Not only are they bad they lie about it to try and cover up. The most throughly unprofessional company I can remember ever dealing with

Beware, this business now does business under CHICAGO DAILY LUXURY — because they clearly have gotten too many bad reviews under the last name. The service under the new name is JUST AS HORRIBLE!!!
I also would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Trying to reach someone to book something is nearly impossible. After finally getting someone on the phone, 99% of the time, they are unavailable for the dates necessary. We purchased multiple vouchers on youswoop and what a mistake that was! On FIVE different occasions we needed to book, they were unavailable. However, they were just as quick to point out that the vouchers were unusable after the expiration date. What is the point of buying the voucher, when I can’t schedule a trip and then am told that I can’t use it after a certain time?!
Also, what they don’t tell you on Youswoop or Groupon is, that finally after they are able to accommodate a time for you, they tell you how much to tip the driver. I always thought that tip is per customer discretion depending on the service, but that isn’t the case for this company, who tries to make the money back that they lost using Youswoop or Groupon. It’s an additional $ 20-​$ 25 each way to the airport. What a SCAM!
Also, be aware that they might just «forget» that you booked (and confirmed) a return trip from the airport — and that now, they will no longer be able to accommodate you because they booked someone else. Which is exactly what happened to me.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are absolutely HORRIBLE and there isn’t an ounce of professionalism!!! I feel so ripped off — and makes me think twice about what I purchase from Youswoop or Groupon.

Bought on Groupon, took weeks to get the correct phone number for Raphael Morris, and he just canceled my trip after confirming it. At first he said he had a stretch limo or would send two town cars, and now he’s backing out of the deal altogether. Thank goodness Groupon has awesome customer service. I explained the situation & they refunded me immediately.

THE WORST COMPANY AND PERSONNEL I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!
First off — this was for a round trip to and from O’Hare (CBS Local Offer). For OUR WEDDING. I called a month in advance, then emailed and got two separate confirmations from Raphael (owner). Then two days before our departure — I called and emailed again to confirm (as this trip was rather important). Raphael confirmed again. I left one more message the day before — because he seemed kind of weird about everything from the start.
Day of flight: 6:30am. No one anywhere. No call. No one answering the number Raphael gave me. Nothing. Nada. We somehow found a cab in our neighborhood — which normally you can’t find one.
I never heard from Raphael — or anyone — even though I must have left about 10 messages trying to figure out what happened. (And as we had a pick-​up set for two weeks later).
Around noon — when I was at our destination — I called again. Raphael answered, figured out who I was — and hung up. Needless to say, I was outraged (and still am). I called back. Instead of an apology, he actually got mad at ME, telling me that he had a usual customer that trumped us. I mean WOW. Then he told me that I shouldn’t be upset.
I never ever want anyone to use this company. This is the worst service and treatment I have ever experienced. I want everyone to stay away from Raphael and this company.
Negative stars. minus 5.
PS — DO NOT BUY INTO THE 5 STAR RATINGS!!! THEY ARE NOT REAL AND THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL (AND SO IS THE OWNER)!!

DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON. Most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I bought a groupon to transport me and my family to the airport to leave for my wedding and my mom a one-​way home for when she returns ahead of us. There is no way I would let this jerk, Raphael or «Ralph», EVER drive my mom anywhere! He was a complete tool on the phone when I was calling to make my reservation weeks in advance and he ended up talking over me and yelling at me.
I called Groupon and due to the HIGH NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY they cancelled my Groupons and refunded my money. Do not waste your time or energy buying from this company.

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called to schedule a trip the day I purchased the You Swoop, left several messages and someone finally got back to me a week later at which time I was told that I would not be able to use my voucher until after April 1^st. I tried to set up a second trip for April 12 and was told to email it to an email address — which I did immediately with all the details including a phone number to reach me at. Since that time I have sent several emails inquiring about a confirmation as well as left SIX voice mails. I finally got ahold of someone today and was told they didn’t have my pickup and «did I have a confirmation». Which of course I did not because that is precisely why I had been trying to reach them — with four emails and six voicemails. He basically told me «shit out of luck» and hung up on me. This company is so unprofessional and rude I would never recommend anyone use them.
Oh, and they should really have a zero stars option for a company like this.

I would also give zero stars if it was an option. I had a trip in early December that I tried to use them for, calling mid-​november (a few times before i actually got someone on the line) to make a reservation. They could not accomodate that, too busy… ok, fine I only gave them a few weeks. So now I have a trip coming up this Friday, my fiancé started calling early January, figuring 5 weeks is plenty of time to make a reservation. No answer, no messages returned. She FINALLY got ahold of them today and they told her there was no way they could accomodate us with such little notice… I have generally had great experiences with my selective Groupon purchases, going back to a few or recommending places to friends. Chalk this operation up to a Groupon FAIL.

Like many others, I also bought the Groupon, two of them actually. I travel a ton for work and vacation quite often so getting this deal seemed like a good idea.
I was initially disappointed by the fact that I had to wait a few months to use it but since I travel so much, it was not that bog of a deal. Communication and confirmation was a bit of an issue. I too would have liked a bit more timely response but nonetheless, everything was ship-​shape.
Nice clean vehicle, one time and waiting for my departure and arrived on time for my landing. Overall, it was a good experience.

NEVER EVER EVER use this company. They took 3 days to return a call. After confirming pick up date and time, I am still waiting for a car; they are not answering the phone; and now am about to miss my flight. They are unprofessional, and ill equipped to be in business. Beware. STAY AWAY

I too purchased a Groupon. Short and sweet, as far as my experience, was a little bumpy in the beginning but everything worked out in the end. I would much prefer this over a cab. Like other reviewers, Raphael called to confirm the day before and driver called to give me a 5 minute buffer for his eta so i wouldn’t have to wait in the cold.

I’m going to join in on the hit parade here. We bought a GroupOn, and wanted to book a car picking up at O’Hare two weeks from now. First, he asks me to TEXT him information. When I do, he replies «ok cool» and no reply for a while. I called him a few days later and he says that he can’t book anything this far in advance, and to call back the day before. When I told him I couldn’t do that and would just go to another company, he told me to go to another company.
Apparently they’re not interested in my business. So they won’t get it.

I had my first ever problem trying to use a GroupOn coupon. I booked two limo rides with Paradise of Chicago Limousines for round trip pickups at the airport. I called up to ask a question about the offer. Before I could get the question out, the guy on the other end said I would have to call back the day before I arrived and MAYBE he could pick us up. He went to say that I should have called back in July or August if I wanted a guaranteed reservation. He admitted that he sold too many of them and there were 1,200 people in front of me.
I book lots of limos, so I know that this is not the normal drill. The guy was pretty huffy about the whole thing, not really the kind of attitude I would expect from a limo service. I am not interested in doing business with them.

I tried out this company by buying the Groupon deal. I had some great service and some really ifffy/​crappy service too. So apparently, it’s pretty much a family operation, which I’m all for. However, when it comes to professionalism, I’m not so sure.
At first, when I bought the Groupon, I wanted to make sure that I would be able to use it, since there was a mileage limit. Since my hotel was 2mi outside of that limit, I didn’t know how much of a stickler they would be. So before buying the Groupon, I wanted to just make sure. I had originally called the number and left a voicemail. When Raphael called and left a voice mail in return, he told me that it was easier to just email him. I thought it was a little strange that it was to a personal email address instead of a business one. Then it took ALL day for him to get back to me, this is also after another call at the end of the day. Needless to say, I did purchase the Groupon and sent him all my flight and contact info.
Day of, for my flight out, I never received a confirm phone call for my pick up at O’Hare. So since I ended up taking an earlier flight, I called Raphael to let him know that I’ll need an earlier pick up. The response I got from him was that he was he didn’t have my number to confirm (it was on ALL of my emails that I sent to him) and then had the original pick up time incorrect to begin with! He was able to redeem himself, as he said that he would try to accommodate me, but wasn’t 100% certain that I could be picked up.
He was able to come and pick me up. I didn’t mind waiting a little, since I knew that he was trying to squeeze me in. However, the communication wasn’t very professional. Just in the languaging and texting. It was as if he was texting a friend, instead of a client.
For my departure flight out of O’Hare, Raphael did make a confirmation call the night before. His brother (the other driver) called earlier in the day to see if we wanted to leave for the airport early to avoid the traffic especially because of the weather. Since I was still out walking, I told him no need because I had allocated 2.5hrs to before my flight to get there anyways. He was early for the pick up and courteous. However, minus points for talking on the phone and taking personal calls during the ride.
Both cars were very clean and comfortable. They both helped with the luggage and got me where I needed to go in a timely mannor.

I also bought a Groupon for Paradise of Chicago and used them recently for a flight leaving out of MDW. I was able to make a reservation for my groupon as soon as I purchased it, which I liked. I had a 6 am flight, and the young man was promptly here at 4am. And When it came time for pick up, I was a little nervous, because I hadn’t spoke to anyone to confirm… and my plane was late! but when I called, the gentleman was waiting outside and pulled right up. I also traveled with my mother, and they went out of their way to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. Over all, great experience and I would definitely use them again!

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option.
I am in the process of requesting a refund from Groupon after what I consider terrible customer service.
I made a reservation for a round-​trip (which is the Groupon I purchased), and the owner? agreed to the service. When I called back later that day to change the pick-​up time, he referred me to his assistant. The assistant said there was no record of my reservation and asked that I email her the information at their «info» generic email address. In my email I asked for a confirmation of my reservation.
Having not received a confirmation, and upon reading other recent reviews with similar stories, I followed up with another email asking for confirmation giving them one final change before I pursued a refund.
I received this email:
Due to the overwhelming response to the Groupon promotion, we are currently not accepting any reservations needed before October 1, 2011. If you hold a Groupon, you are welcome to use your Groupon on dates beyond October, 2011 thru February 2012. Our apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause you. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the near future.
Apparently neither of my reservations were documented! I’m glad I found this out now and not the morning of my flight when the car did not show up!
They are clearly overwhelmed and unprepared.

You’ve got to be kidding me. Offered a groupon and then don’t accept reservations for over two months due to the «overwhelming response» and don’t return phone calls. Hmmm. #businessfail
