I have been using this cleaners quite a bit over the past year being as that it is right downstairs! I have never had an issue at all with any of the services they provide. I have had multiple things cleaned and pressed, and had them replace a broken zipper recently which they did for a very good price.
Two weeks ago I took my suit to them at 7:30am and asked if I could pick it up the following day. She let me know that it wouldn’t be a problem, and I was very thankful. As I got to work I found out that my conference was earlier than I had thought and I would need the suit to be done before they opened the following morning. I called and asked if I could pick it up that evening, and she again told me it wouldn’t be a problem! I really feel like they take great care of me, and I wish them both all the best.
