Payless Shoe Source

I received a Google Offers for 20% off and made a trip to this store specifically because of the discount. After I shopped around and found a couple pairs of shoes, I showed the Offer on my smartphone to the store manager (Mara) and she asked to look at it instead of simply scanning the barcode. She then said she wouldn’t honor it because «it’s a third-​party coupon» and not from Payless. Well I’m sorry, but this Offer was arranged between Google and Payless, so it’s an official coupon that needs to be honored. She refused to honor it without even investigating futher, so I left the shoes on the checkout table and left the store. In my opinion, this is a classic bait and switch. Avoid this store.

Store is clean. staff is always attentive and helpful. ordering on line and being able to return to the store if needed is very helpful. ordering to the store with free shipping is great. ordering to the store for pick up always take 14+ days…

Wow, how am I the first to Unilocal this location? This is located next to some other fantastic stores like Anna’s Linens and TJ Maxx. I had a good experience in this store. It was clean, well organized and there were staff members walking around in case I had questions. I took advantage of the «buy one /​get one half off» sale and got two pairs of ballet flats for work. Cute little store. It was actually my first time here but I really like this shopping center so it’s good that it’s located here with the other cool stores!
